The place is visually appealing and the waiters are friendly, but on the other hand, the prices listed on The Fork aren’t the ones they actually charge you there; it seemed as though they’d produced a separate menu with higher prices for diners using the app, as The Fork was offering a 50% discount, so on the new menu they’d practically doubled the prices. The waiters told us about these new prices after taking a while to bring the new menu. On another occasion I would have left and eaten somewhere else, but we were hungry and had already set our hearts on having ramen, so we decided to stay regardless of the price change. The food tastes alright.

We always strive to keep our menus consistent across all platforms, although updates on The Fork may sometimes take a little time to reflect these changes. Great gastronomy experience although the table wasn’t ready at 8.30pm and we had to wait around 20 minutes to seat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when choosing and the food was very tasty. A really good first experience of Japanese food. I would certainly go back.

We were really impressed with this restaurant! it was our first time trying this type of food and we absolutely loved it! the staff were the greatest we ever met!!! loved the food and the recommendations! We will dedi cherish this experience!!!

We struggled to find this restaurant as the directions on the email confirmation took us to a different place to the address on the webpage. Not only that the name of the restaurant was difficult to read as it was a banner taped over an enormous illuminated different restaurant name. Service was lovely discount approved food was tasty. Just disappointing that we couldn’t find it easily and our 10 minute walk turned into a 25 minute walk.

I’m a vegan and it was no problem at all for the restaurant to fix vegan tasty food.

We were told that there was a New Owner, so we went back to Le Jyoti (Big Koi last year) and we are very glad we did! Right from the moment we entered, we knew something was different. The decor was the same, but we were instantly greeted by huge smiles, escorted to a table of our wishes and welcomed in "conversational English". I asked if there was any gluten free options and the waiter went out of his way to explain the possibilities. From that moment on, we were impressed over and over again. Our meals were delicious and the service was delightful!! We have shared our story and recommendation with friends and wanted to give "Le Jyoti" 2 HUGE thumbs up!! We WILL be back!!👍👍

The food was really like in Japan, the soup, the spicy, it brought me a little back to Japan :) Nice staff, fun walls.

From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there was help with our choices if needed. We noted a lot of people were returning for a second time. We are likely to do the same.

It was a great experience from the start to the end. Beautiful place and excellent service. Food was recommended by our lovely waiter Pushpa and everything was so delicious. Pushpa was one of the nicest people you could come across. All the other staff very excellent too. This is a must go place in Albufera.

Very friendly welcome with good service and delicious food. The only downside was that only small bottles of sparkling water were available, and they were quite expensive for Portugal. Overall, still a pleasant experience.

Egg was perfect, chashu was great, noodles were solid, broth was awful.

We have eaten here twice so far and everything was exceptional. Sushmita and Pushpa are very helpful and gracious. The place is very clean and it seems like they really enjoy giving you a great experience and great food .
