We enjoyed two meals here, one lunch and one dinner. Both were excellent with all food choices much enjoyed by the four of us - although I had to repeat the sea food risotto as it was so good so did not explore further on the menu! Service was very friendly on both occasions.

I found this restaurant on a walk and I am so happy I did. I stumbled upon the restaurant at lunchtime and had one of the best pizzas I have ever had each trip to Rome. Please get the bread basket/foccacia which is basically the pizza crust and is addictive. I went back two days later for dinner and had a wonderful time. Carbonara was delicious and rivals the well known named restaurants. The food is amazing and the friendly service will bring you back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Pasta dishes were delicious and the tiramisu was great! Service was good, very friendly and relaxed.

Great authentic cuisine, I got the risotto alla pescatori, it was quite good. Some of the friendliest service I’ve experienced in the city, the staff were incredibly charming. Easy to get a reservation and perfect location in the middle of multiple historic sites.

Amelia our server was so friendly and helpful! We started with caprese which was so fresh! We had the seafood risotto and a pizza for mains- also very fresh and delicious. Nice location, very clean.

On the evening we visited, there were few customers. Compared to the lunch we had there a few days before, the ambience just wasn’t the same. Food was good, apart from the salad which had a hair in it. Service was ok, a waiter brought food for another table to us and stood there not knowing what to do when we told him it wasn’t our order… On the basis of the excellent service and food quality at the previous lunch though, would still highly recommend to go at a busy time when the experienced staff are on duty.

Have been traveling for 5 weeks and I am pretty fussy as an ex chef. UK, Paris, south of France and many researched restaurants in Italy. Le Lanterne is the best restaurant I have eaten at. Super friendly, very accommodating and the food was outstanding. Fried calamari & pasta Amatriciana were perfect. We were here 11 years ago and glad to see that it is still here and not changed. The restaurant is clean and very comfortable. I most definitely will be back

Beautiful terrace. Great food. Small menu but delicious. It just took a long time to get our food. Maybe it was just that day... Very good music as well.

A good choice to have Sunday lunch. More information needs to be provided about the offered dishes, especially if you are mot that familiar with Italian dishes.

This charming restaurant was perfect for our dinner in Rome. It was convenient to our hotel and we loved it so much we went twice during our stay - once for lunch and once for dinner! We had pasta and a steak. Delicious! Close to the Trevi Fountain.

Fantastic pastas - ravioli and lasagne was great, pasta with frutti di mare also was very good. Great service - owners were very kind and honest people. Highly recommended!

Very very expensive for what they serve.Poor quality of everything. Absence of vegan options. Awful and cheap ambience. 145 € for 3 salads one salmon and 3 glasses of wine

The food was very nice and the service friendly, attentive and super reactive ! We had a nice table outside along the road but it was fine. Puzza was good and with very generous toppings. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and the service was also very attentive to them. I recommend !

This restaurant is located quite well. Not to close to Fontanna di Trevi but within a 3-4 minutes of walk. Thanks to that it is not too loud inside. The food Was delicious and waiter was very kind and helpful. I totally recommend this place

Despite Fork confirmation the restaurant claimed no knowledge of the booking and had no tables free. They handled this pretty well but then got the order wrong. Starters were very ordinary but mains were better

This is the best food we had in Rome! Service outstanding, clean, welcoming, delicious, presentation wonderful, atmosphere charming, prices moderate. I give it my highest recommendation!

Probably best NOT to book using The Fork booking service. Although we had email confirmation of our reservation we were told by the surly owner that he didn’t have our booking, that online bookings don’t work, and that we should have rung to secure a booking. He did manage to squeeze us in to a corner table, but made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of our friends. Food was fine but not his attitude. Wouldn’t rush back.
