First time in this renowned restaurant, we liked the food very much, the service seemed inconsistent at times because one of the waiters was unprepared about the wines and the dishes, but was quickly supported by colleagues who knew more about it. We drank the excellent Trebbiano of Emidio Pepe, and given the wine quality and price, a more adequate pouring and serving would have been appreciated. The acoustic shall be improved since with a full house, we lacked a comfortable experience, it gets super loud, and the overall dining atmosphere results chaotic and does not allow normal relaxing conversation. The lighting is bright, cold light, taking away from the atmosphere. It would be so much better if attention would be put on the lighting, acoustic, and better waiters training given that the food is excellent and the wine card to the point.

This is the top restaurant for 50 kg in the Alezio area of Italy! Highly recommended for the food choand preparation. You will not be disappointed. A must stop, you will need a reservation.

First time here. Recommended by a local. Really busy and it shows . Good food and service. Nice wine selection, would love more selections by the glass on these busy days. A couple of missing menu items but overall a good time. Local , hidden gem

Arrived at opening time on Sunday and quickly became very busy. Service excellent but if anything just a little fast, so not great for a relaxing meal. Food good and reasonably priced

Really decent food. Service felt a little frenetic though. Nevertheless, it’s worth checking out at least once if you’re in the hood, though maybe skip the pudding.

Excellent Puglian cooking. So many delicious things on the menu we can’t wait to go back. Really nice vibe, with a diverse mix of ages, and mostly locals. Warm, unpretentious yet very good service. We found this restaurant lives up to the hype.

This is our fifth time to Puglia and we always have to come to this restaurant ... excellent service and one of the staff explained each dish to us in great detail so we could easily make a choice...great atmosphere and food fab for children ... highly recommend this restaurant
