great atmosphere, amazing food, nice staff. however getting the staff to pay attention to us was difficult and i’ve lived in europe more that 6 years so i’m used to the etiquette. this was on another level. i think it would help if they communicated their intent esp when bringing the bill—we had to ask twice and only were paid attention to when we got tired of waiting and stood up to leave—my friend already half way out the door and fed up with their lack of attention.

THREE SHARP BONES IN MY MAIN DUCK DISH MADE THE WAITRESS AWARE OF THIS WE WERE OFFERED A COMPLIMENTARY DRINK I DIDNT ACCEPT MY HUSBAND DID THIS MEAL WAS A TREAT FOR MY HUSBANDS 60TH BIRTHDAY I WAS GUTTED AFTER THE REVIEWS SOLD IT TO ME. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD THE PLACE WAS LOVELY I SUBMITTED AN EMAIL TO THE RESTAURANT EXPLAINING MY DISSAPOINMENT ONLY TO RECIEVE AN EMAIL WHICH STARTED WITH DEAR MRS ....... NO NAME TO BE TOLD THAT THERE ARE ALWAYS BONES IN OUR DUCK LEGS BUT NONE IN THE BREAST !!!! MAYBE A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE DINNERS AWARE THAT IS THE CASE IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THEIR RESPONSE !!!! Really delighted to have picked this restaurant. We enjoyed mussels and fries and the leg of rabbit dishes as our mains, including prawns croquettes to start. Good service, food was served without delay and the ambience of the place is lovely too.

Succulent mussels in honest-to-goodness celery, carrot, white wine, cream, and garlic broth. And a basket full of chunky and cooked-just-right fries. What’s not to love? And the waiter brings complimentary starters while we wait for the food. After the mains, the Belgian chocolate mousse is a work of art: hearty yet smooth. Highly recommend. Must return to try the other seafood.

Cozy seating in the small dining room. Our waitress was not familiar with the menu when we asked questions about wine and entrees. She did find a colleague that gave us guidance. The Rabbit I had was flavorful but I need a serrated knife for the dish and upon my request she brought me one. My husband enjoyed his fillet with bernaise sauce and he received a generous vegetable portion.

Expect long wait and staff keep forgetting what you ask for! We went for lunch on a weekday. It took at least 40 mins for our entrée to arrive! And at first the staff gave us the wrong one! Everything we had to ask at least 3 times before they remember to deliver, such as mayonnaise for fries and getting the bill. It was overall an unpleasant experience at the restaurant. Super unhelpful staff.
