7/10The waiter served us was seems not very friendly. Not helpful and have racial discrimination. This made us not so enjoy and nervous. The food is ok!

6/10Very disappointed with the restaurant manager. We had a lovely Valentine's evening in this magnificent restaurant, served by a very pleasant waiter (who spoke French). Nice experience (except for a false note in the desert) which changed when it was time to pay. I ask to add a 10€ tip for the waiter. I pay 161.5€ and leave. Then the manager calls to tell me there's been a mistake on the payment. I shouldn't have paid 161.5 but 161.6€. For 10 cents, he asks me for my card, cancels the transaction and asks me to pay again. Then I ask him for the credit card receipts that came out of the machine, especially the one proving that I'd been refounded for the first charge. He makes me wait a long time, only to give me photocopies of the tickets. In short, 20 minutes of waiting after the meal because the manager wanted those 0.1€ ... When you're paying more than 160€ for a meal for two people, considering the restaurant's standing, you shouldn't have reacted like that. You should have deducted the 10 centimes from the bill and kept 9.9€ in tips. Such a grotesque situation.

6.5/10I had the seabass and my wife had the gnocchi. The food was very adequate. The did a good job at utilizing the natural flavors of the food, although both meals very very bland. When we ordered a 2018 Barbera, they gave us a 2020 and said it was good just not aged. It was very acidic and did not taste like a high quality 2018 Barbera. Also their offered appetizer was a piece of carrot, celery and another piece of vegeti thrown into a small bowl. They tried to turn an adequate mean into a fancy one. From this experience we will not be returning and would give it another chance if they offered a partial refund, and a shot at another entre but overall it was not a good quality and will not be returning and will turn our friends away from trying.

10/10This restaurant was excellent. The food was great, the staff were friendly and professional, and they had very good knowledge of wine. We had an amazing dinner here and would definitely visit again.

10/10We had a lovely meal here starting w a cod rolled in seaweed and squid ink which was so creative and delicious. Then a razor calm rissoso and Guinea fowl. All dishes were perfectly prepared. The two servers that brought out the dishes and cleared everything were so delightful. I am not spelling this right but Geube? A true prince! Kind, friendly and so enjoyable. Would highly recommend this.

7.5/10We chose this place based on the rave reviews. The food we ordered was great (all except for crostata dessert, which was odd and very lucklaster). The service was very tentative and super slow, even though there were definitely enough personnel available for the amount of guests. The kicker was the additional charge of €8 per person (as was explained to us was for "linen napkins" and bread - which we didn't ask for). As for ambience, there was a lot of folks passing in and out at the hotel, which was a bit of a distraction.

10/10Lovely lunch, with great food and excellent service. Airco, which was a treat with 32 degrees outside… We made reservation via The Fork with a 20% discount on the food! Would definitely recommend the restaurant!

10/10Love the food, including the amuse bouche, the complementary prosseco, and the limone sorbet at the end of the meal. Was disappointed with the steak we had in 2 different restaurants in Florence but this place restored our faith. Great place to eat!

8/10Food was good but certainly not the best meal we had in Venice. The service was friendly but lacked the personality you find in other restaurants in the city. The atmosphere is nice and the glass ceiling added some charm. I likely would not return as I think there are better places in Venice. But, if your other choices are full, you will be assured a perfectly fine meal here just nothing outstanding.
