From the moment we walked into Montalbano in Nice, we felt the warmth of a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The service immediately makes you feel at ease, as if you are being welcomed into a place where hospitality truly matters. The dishes were excellent. The ossobuco was rich and perfectly cooked, and the gnocchi were absolutely delicious—soft, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. To accompany the meal, we enjoyed a Negroamaro wine from Puglia, which complemented the flavors beautifully. A wonderful dining experience overall. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for authentic flavors and a warm atmosphere in Nice.

the ham in my carbonara was quite tough and a few lumps of grated parmisan that was past it's best and did not melt , wine was delicious and well priced my wife had the gnocchi with meat and that was delicious, waiter was very good,
