5/10Very disappointing. Our waiter had zero training. He didn’t know anything about the menu, ordered the dishes incorrectly, he disappeared for 30 minutes at a time and it took 2 hours to receive our dishes. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get a response about discounting our bill. There was no manager on premises, or anyone with the authority to approve it. No one seemed to care about our experience, they just kept telling us the waiter was new. We were there for 3.5 hours before we could pay the bill and leave. The piano music seemed nice at first, but it was very loud and there was no break for 3.5 hours we were stuck, so it also brought down the ambiance. Would not recommend.

The long delays, mistakes with your order, and the lack of follow-up are not the level of service we want to provide, and we sincerely apologize. There was a manager present, but for any bill adjustments an approval from the director is required — which unfortunately caused further delays. 7/10The service was too bad, they brought the food before the wine. Nobody came back to offer more drinks or desserts.

9.5/10Excellent place in a quaint street. Food and service were great. One glitch though, even though we had a confirmed reservation via The Fork, when we got there, our reservation was not in the book. Nevertheless, they were able to seat us.

8.5/10We were given a lovely table in the piano room. It was like being in a wonderful hotel lobby. Our waitress was great and responsible for the whole room of 12 tables. The food was good, not as good as the staff and the room. I had the linguines with shrimp and my partner had the osobucco (hint: don’t wear white). We enjoyed the evening very much.

10/10Vibe and ambience at this restaurant is a 10/10. Super cozy seating and live piano that make the dining experience here amazing. Menu was extensive and had plenty of options even for gluten free pasta. Food was great. Great options for dessert, wine and apertifs. Our waiter was very kind, informative and quick.
