It was such an amazing concept and dining experience . Me and my husband really enjoyed the food - literally felt like Michelin star quality and plus a personal Chef in a way. Who was very passionate about cooking and explained so many little details about flavors and ingredients he uses and how they all fall and mix together. Loved it and hope they can expand this concept in Paris and other major cities

It is wonderful to sit at the chef's table and watch him prepare exquite dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. He uses and explains a lot of local special ingredients. It was one of the best dining experiences of my life. And I am 83.

The most remarkable food tasting experience! Sebastian is a super chef, his food is so delicious and unique. Marvelous! Everything was perfect. It was much more than eating, it was a marvelous sensorial experience!

It is hard to describe how special this experience is. It is a shop not a restaurant but a beautiful chef’s table has been arranged within. Here next to the open door which shows off the river running directly under the building ducks were swimming. Sebastian the chef prepared us three exquisite courses and a lovely amuse to start. Watching him prepare things, explain the origins of the ingredients and allowing to smell some special items was a joy. The wine selection is fantastic. Just such a lovely lunch. Shopped a few special ingredients and wines take home too. Lovely

Chef Sebastian was a fabulous host and chef. He prepared a beautiful lunch for us and explained each part to us, the ingredients he used were all local. It was a memorable lunch and we would highly recommend it.

We strongly recommend this experience. Our Provence vacation base was St. Remy, we drove to L’isle Sur La Sorgue for lunch and to visit the Luberon (easy drive). Chef was thoughtful, skilled and friendly. The food was fantastic. We had the tasting menu for lunch, paired with a local white wine. It was such a terrific meal in every way. Don’t miss Le Panier des Chefs
