Decent value for money in the plate, but place is rundown (carpet old, windows not clean, and spiders at all corners of ceiling and lamps) and this really ruins the experience. The waiters are nice and amicable, but their shirts was really not neat and trousers with stains. It looks like only the chef is at par with published upmarket intentions, it is sad as otherwise we had a very nice meal.
