8/10Lovely food and good service, Restaurant was very busy with an animated atmosphere. Tables are placed very close together: our table was immediately adjacent to the stairs to the floor above, meaning a constant stream of waiters and customers walking past us and on 2.occasions bumping against my chair.

7.5/10We had three different types of mussels and they were all very good. The paella was alright but not typically Spanish (we question whether it was made with Spanish rice and saffron, both of which are essential for a good paella). The service was good!

8/10The food quality is quite good, above average for this area of Brussels. The waiters absolutely do their best to try and accommodate everyone however, that does mean making a reservation doesn’t really give you any advantage. You will still have to stand in the line of people queuing outside to be seated. It took an additional 30 minutes after having been seated to actually receive the menu. The place feels really crowded and the fact that someone’s coming or going through the main entrance about every 30 seconds means anyone sitting on the ground floor will be caught by the draft and feel quite cold.

7.5/10Great location, fun environment and great service. Our party of 2 started with a Mixta salad which was delicious, perfectly dressed and fresh. My husband had the mussels, which were plentiful and tender but served with way too much chopped garlic. I had the lobster, which again had way too much chopped garlic that overpowered the delicate flavor. The lobster was also tough, which I know is hard to control. The wine list needs improvement. It contains only average quality wines by the bottle and poor quality wines by the glass. I ordered an Aperol spritz to start. It was made with a terrible Prosecco that tasted like Sprite and the server graciously took it back. The service was very attentive, which helped make average food and wine better.

4.5/10I ordered a fish dish with fries and it was all very bland tasting. Fries tasted like right out of the freezer. There were very few customers in the restaurant but I had to finally ask for my check after being finished and sitting there for 20 minutes.

2.5/10Conveniently forget about the Forge discount when compiling our bill. After we reminded them, they made a ‘mistake’ giving us back less change than we were owed. I wouldn’t go back. Feels like a terrible tourist trap.

10/10Le Pêcheur is not only excellent but absolutely amazing and the best place to have a dinner then continue for an after dinner in one of the nearest bars in the city center. From just a romantic dinner you can jump in the crazy Bruxelles nightlife until late in the night for an unforgettable experience in your life.. Let's go and enjoy 😉

9/10The fish was so fresh! Delicious and nice plating. It was crowded and we sat upstairs. Our server was a little MIA (missing in action), but I assume it was because it was packed. It didn't bother us at all.

4.5/10We had a reservation for 19:30 and we only got our table after 20:00. Besides that, we had to wait 1 hour for our food. Additionally, our table didn’t even have napkins and our plates were dirty. The service was terrible, but at least the food wasn’t that bad.

5.5/10Food was average, service was friendly but somewhat chaotic. We had mussels and fish soup. The mussels were tiny and over-cooked, the fries were dried out and not hot and the seafood soup had very little seafood and was served without a spoon. Typical high volume tourist place that is not memorable.

5.5/10I come here because of trip advisor help and on trip advisor they said 50% discount is in order if you book. I booked for 3 persons. We got there and they did not want to make the discount because they said there were 3 of us. Finally, they made the discount as we refered to the reservation, but had to argue with 4 different colleagues and took 15min at least. The food was good, discount is not a must but if you advertise your place with that and you lure people in, you have to keep the it. Pity that this is the case, two years ago we faced a very similar issue here.
