8/10Food was overall good (especially the starter) and the bistro environment was quite cozy for a Saturday night out. However, the service could have been more efficient that evening (perhaps doesn’t apply for other days), we waited for more than half an hour to order food, half an hour to get our starters and another hour waiting for the main dish. We didn’t have the courage to order desert as we had a long day.

2/10I never write online reviews but I have to report this: this restaurant charges 10 euro for a normal bottle of still water. This is madness and not at all a fair price for the customer, even for Brussels. When I questioned the owner about the price of the water he replied that “water in Brussels is expensive”, probably assuming I was a tourist and I wouldn’t know the actual price of a water bottle in a Brussels restaurant. It doesn’t matter if the food was good (it was): this should not become the norm in our city.

3/10Alas, once seated and food ordered we waited one hour to be served. This is not acceptable. While the staff was pleasant, clearly the kitchen was overwhelmed and not able to serve or satisfy customers. We hope they make the needed changes as we cheer for all restaurants to succeed in delivering a great experience and delicious food!

Dear David Salomon, Your comment stands completely out as an anomaly compared to the 1,080+ reviews that give us an average rating of 9.4/10. I remember you perfectly when you came as I was serving you and the claim of waiting an hour is clearly highly exaggerated and doesn't align with the experiences of our other customers. We won't tolerate baseless attempts to undermine our reputation, this is pure trolling and is inexcusable. 10/10Everything was wonderful! Service was amazing, girl working as a server took her time to explain everything and provide her recommendations, food was excellent, and wine suggestion was one of the best I’ve Had in a long time. Would definitely recommend!

10/10This little restaurant was an excellent find! The welcome was great, with a full explanation of the menu, and the food was excellent. The restaurant has an intimate atmosphere, perfect for a romantic date. We'll definitely be going back!

9/10The atmosphere is cozy and very relaxing, perfect for a quiet evening. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The service was a bit slow, but this allowed us to enjoy the evening without rushing and to chat comfortably. A small inconvenience was that they forgot to bring us bread with the starter, but it was nothing major. All the food was very good, although the meat didn't particularly impress us. However, the other dishes were delicious and well-prepared.

10/10I was afraid firstly by the negative comments in the reviews section, when some saying was a scam and overpriced. And to be honest was the opposite! The 50% coupon worked well on the selected dishes. The staff was really outstanding and with cette joie de vivre a la Francaise et Belge. We were well adviced for the foods and drinks, and i never feel like being pushed to consume more. The selections of cocktails and wines were really good. I was quite over the moon with the main dishes. The quality of the meat, the frites maison and the sauces! Yummy the bearnaise one! I wanted to discover the french cuisine style to my partner and he was not upset, he loved it! Also they speak English, french, so no misunderstanding concerning how works the menu and coupon. The atmosphere was so cosy and feel like to eat with friends in apero style but with a touch of finest. We paid 108 euros for 1 cocktail, 1 wine, 1 glass of champagne, 1 coca, 1 water bottle, 2 croquettes ( sooo good) and 2 main dishes with one extra fries and sauce. The quality of foods and price is very good. So compliment au chef, great staffs with a lot of knowledges concerning travelling worldwide and foods. Will go back for sure when i visited Brussels. 10/10I went to the restaurant for dinner with my partner. We thought the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so friendly! Overall the restaurant, as the name says it's quite 'petit' which makes the experience extremely cosy and personal. We got to try shrimp croquettes for the first time and got steak and dessert. All of the dishes were cooked and served extremely well. If I had to leave a small suggestion. The steaks are served cut into strips which is a fantastic way to show the cooking which was carried out. However in my opinion pre-heating the plate may be necessary when serving especially rare and medium-rare steaks as the heat is quickly absorbed by the plate otherwise.

9/10Great potential and good food with reserves. It was surprising but too salty. The service quality does not meet the price. Waiting service could be improved in terms of speed and consistency. The deco let you a bit confuses about what is this place about. About french cuisine? Grandma cuisine? Family? High standing? Chez tout le monde? I think if they invest in professionalising and some marketing they can be a great restaurant.

6/10BE CAREFUL to the 50% discount which in my view is quite deceptive… ordered a steak which was included in the discount menu, they ask you if you want fries and sauce WITHOUT telling you that they are paid separately and not included in the promotion… But the food is very good, the design of the restaurant as well. However, it is very small and tables are too close to each others which makes difficult to have privacy, specially if you go with your partner.
