We went to the restaurant through a reservation made by the Fork, and they said the restaurant didn’t receive the reservation, and we couldn’t sit and eat, horrible experience

We had a great time at Le Petit Vendôme--it was crazy busy with many locals, exuberant and loud (some patrons were singing to the music). Our server was helpful in warning us that the charcuterie board was more than a meal for two, and in choosing a wine. The food was good but not the main reason to go--go for the fun, relaxed atmosphere. We were packed in like sardines; both the tables and the bar were full to the brim--service was still great considering the crowd. We speak little French, but were warmly welcomed.

We had a reservation at 3, we showed up right on the dot, no one spoke to us, we went to talk to a woman who worked there. A man stopped us and said the kitchens closed, we said oh we have a reservation at 3? He said it’s past 3 and shrugged his shoulders. We didn’t want to deal with the rudeness so we left and found a place with much nicer service

First restaurant we tried in our Paris trip. Ambiance is like fine dining meets fast food. Loud, squeezed-in tables, filled with locals. Excellent food, but big portions. Loved the experience overall.

What a gem! Our favorite dinner of the trip so far. We shared a French onion soup, then each had our own entrees and two bottles of red wine. Service was hospitable and friendly. Atmosphere felt like a party. Truly a treasured memory. Thank you!!

This was our first evening meal after arriving in Paris. Charming little neighborhood place frequented by regulars as well as tourists. The staff was very welcoming and was used to English speaking guests. There are indoor and outdoor tables. Service was very gracious and friendly. Menu is typical Parisian bistro. Prices were very fair and the food was tasty. They offered a “famous” charcuterie plate- it was huge and delicious. A wonderful meal.

We had a terrific pre-ballet meal here. We arrived early but they were able to accommodate us, and made sure our food came out quickly so we could get to our show on time. We had salmon a la places, and it was cooked perfectly. The sides (salad, sautéed potatoes, ratatouille) were delicious as well, especially the ratatouille. French onion soup was perfect! Our server was very nice and everyone there was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend and we’d definitely go back!

Le Petit Vendôme my expectations and gave us a true Parisien experience. The food was good, we had a very nice server who made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. He spoke good English for us to be able to communicate clearly. The dessert was the best for us.

Such a delightful, fun and unpretentious place with some of the best comfort food around! When in doubt let them choose for you like I did. They e several of the best foods on the menu for my friends and I to share - things I world would never have known to order. So absolutely delicious!

The classic Parisienne food here was delicious and fun to eat. Eggs with mayo, sardines, lamb shoulder, homemade French fries. Lunchtime was a crowd scene, and no walk-ins were seated so be sure to book a reservation. Don’t miss this classic local scene.

Amazing!! Beat duck confit ever. Ever! Wonderful staff and ambience. Don’t tell anyone! ???? JK! We had a fantastic dinner. They were able to accommodate our late arrival (called to say we would be late) I will return again and again. Maybe even tomorrow night!
