9.5/10+2We went for a late lunch after visiting the musee D’orsay, it wasn’t very crowded at the restaurant, but the service was very slow even for French standards. The food was excellent! The ambience is beautiful. I would definitely go again.

10/10Le Poulpry is an idyllic, serene restaurant in the heart of the left bank in Paris. Ideally located in the former house of Polytechniciens, the main dining room has only about 7/8 tables, which are large and optimally spread out, so you’re not arm wrestling someone during your meal, as one often does in Paris! There also are private dining rooms adjacent to the main dining area which accommodate up to 18 people. The decor is homely and it makes you feel like you’re having a dinner en famille. The staff is attentive and the menu is updated and modified seasonally, so one is assured to be culinarily pleased by the imaginative and creative process that goes into crafting a meal. The seafood I find particularly interesting, but the steak, meat, and vegetables are amazing too. There isn’t loud music or crowds, so one can have a very peaceful conversation, whether personal or business, all accompanied by sumptuous food, great decor, and an attention to detail that leaves no margin for error.

10/10The restaurant was everything I had hoped for — and more. We were celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday and I wanted something special: romantic and quiet with really good food. It was all that — with wonderfully attentive wait staff to boot. The food was not only delicious, it also came presented in such attractive platings, I did that thing I swore never to do: I took photos of each course before we ate it. We will return!

9/10We had a great lunch here before visiting the Musee d'Orsay. The room and the service were both lovely although a little more formal than we normally prefer. The dining room is very quiet, making you feel like you need to whisper. Some music, as was playing in the foyer, would improve the ambiance. And some of the service was a little tentative. But these are very minor quibbles. We took the 3 course lunch menu, turned into 4 with an amuse bouche of a smoked salmon rillette with brioche to start. And it was all lovely - delicious food, beautifully presented in perfect portions. We took wine pairings as well and they brought us a few to taste before making our choices. The citrus dessert was one of the best of our trip.

10/10This is a lovely quite upmarket white table cloth first floor restaurant and event restaurant. The food was excellent and sophisticated, service polite and efficient. We booked through fork and with 20% off were pleasantly surprised at how good value this high quality Parisian gem was. Highly recommend

10/10We were the only diners in the room last night! There was a group in each of the two rooms off the dining area and only two waiters. In spite of that, the service was excellent. The two waiters were very attentive and we enjoyed our meal with the room to ourselves. The food was delicious and looked beautiful on the plate. We’re going to go back before we leave paris.

9.5/10My wife and I had a wonderful mea there last night. Our waiter spoke excellent English (thank you), and the food was terrific (nice variety of flavors all very well prepared). The only negative was that it was quite warm in the dining area (we could not wait to leave to cool off. Otherwise, it was a fantastic meal.
