Having dinner or lunch at Le Pré aux Clercs in Brussels is more than just eating and drinking. It is an authentic experience of spending a good time with family or friends in a warm place, with a very welcoming and reliable host, while enjoying delicious food and very good drinks. We had beef fillet which was very well cooked, together with a fresh and very tasty vegetables salad and creamy smashed potatoes. You could feel that everything about the food was of high quality, from ingredients to the way they were prepared, cooked and served. The wine and the drinks were also in the top of my preferences. Aurelia, the owner chef, is the best host that I met until now, and she makes the best recommendations of drinks to be served together with the food. You can definitely count on her and I will come back to Le Pré aux Clercs with pleasure every time!

the entrecote was full of meat muscle fibers, so had to leave half of it - the ambiance was good and service agreable

every item we ordered was special. well prepared, served beautifully, tasty and fresh. Just when we thought it can't get any better we got the desert - flamed apple tart with Calvados and ice cream. it was to die for!

Good food, good service, cosy ambience. Some smoke from the fireplace in the restaurant but bearable. Young, friendly staff. Tasty, good food. Quiet environment. A nice evening out.

The staff is very nice and recommends good choice! As the restaurant is specialized in meat, we had flemish stewed beef and rib steak. The taste is awesome for sure~ the side dish vegetables and fries are amazing as well! Definitely recommend 🥰

We got there early and only reserved 10 mins earlier. It was no problem at all. Reslly gpod service although the restaurant was not full yet as we were early. Nice atmosphere. Food was very good, nice woodfire steak. Wine selection was ok, but prices on the high side. They need more wines at a lower price level. One area for improvement: the woodfire grill is great but at one point the whole restaurant smelled like it. I had to wash all my close after i got home

Friday evening they organize all-you-can eat barbecue at 49€. It is non possible to use the fork discount. But it remain delicouos. Congrats.

Very nice and cozy place. The service was very good. High-quality food. We took Duck, Beef Steak and Carbonade Flamande. We liked everything although the food was not warm enough for us

This is by far our favourite restaurant in the neighborhood! Classic, really well prepared dishes, some of them on an open fire. Very good and friendly service. Traditional and cozy ambiance. Looking forward to coming back already!

Excellent foie gras as a starter, and grilled steak cooked just right. Baked potato was also good. Salad dressing could be improved. However, not rated exceptionally good as I've had even better steak served at Chris Steak House in the USA.

This is a fabulous restaurant where you can enjoy good quality food, authenticity and cosiness...Only Brussels connoisseurs may know.

The waiter was extremely rude and brusque throughout the entire service and at 2.25 pm told us with no more ado that we had to leave as he was going to close although there were still some other people there as well. I have never ever encountered such atrocious service in my entire life and shall never return, needless to say
