Le Pré Saint-Germain – A Delightful First-Time Discovery As a first-time visitor, I was charmed by this classic French brasserie from the start. The lively yet intimate atmosphere captures Parisian dining's essence, buzzing with welcoming energy. The food shone: escargots de Bourgogne were plump snails in heavenly garlic-herb butter, melting in the mouth with crusty bread. Steak frites stood out—a juicy medium-rare entrecôte with golden, crispy fries that were addictive. Dessert: sublime crème brûlée with silky custard and crackling caramel top. Service was warm, with spot-on wine and beer recommendations. At ~€50/person, great value for authentic cuisine. Adored every bite—can't wait to return! Five stars.
