5/10The portion sizes were generous, but unfortunately, the food lacked flavor. The taste could definitely be improved, as the dishes were rather bland. With better seasoning and attention to taste, this place could be much better.

9/10Lovely food, attentive staff, recommendations of wine choices were advised on our questions. The good thing was they didn't advise the most expensive, but one to complement our meals.

10/10The waiter was really lovely. I used broken French and he humoured me and let me try. He even gave me a French menu but gave my wife an English one. The food was delicious. We wanted a much more traditional French meal and that’s what we got. No bells and whistles just great food and great service. Plus the setting is gorgeous, on a quiet street in the 6th arrondissement.

9.5/10This is a neighbourhood restaurant for me. I live just around the corner. So it's doubly pleasing to see this restaurant retaining its local character. The all-natural-wood decor, with the jungle mural, is unusual and attractive. I like the small menu, and the excellent selection of wine. A little noisy at busy times, but that's true almost everywhere.

6/10We chose this restaurant as it offered a 20% discount for our dinner time and it was close to our hotel. The gentleman who welcomed us was polite and showed us to our table. However, our server seemed rather put out that we didn't speak French fluently and essentially gave us an attitude the rest of the evening. He did not give us a wine list but was bordering on rude when we said we wanted red wine but didn't know what type was available. He was disgusted when only 2 in our party wanted starters. At the end of our main, No offer of dessert or coffee was made. On top of it all, he did not give us the 20% discount offered. We will not be coming back.

7/10Nice ambiance and good service, but the food was disappointing. The boeuf bourguignon and potato gratin tasted as if they had been frozen and reheated more than once. The croque monsieur was fine but the chips tasteless and not crispy at all.

9/10This is a lovely little place that has a nice menu and serves good food that kept our family with three generations present happy. I wouldn't say any given thing was spectacular about the food, but it was all very good. The real highlight was the kind and efficient staff. They treated us very kindly, At the end of the day, that's an important part of the experience and we're thankful for the kind service we got as a bunch of clueless tourists.

7/10The atmosphere is dark and kind of gloomy but fine if a quiet, unoretentious meal is what you want. The food is decent pub-type fare—but not exciting. A glass of white Sancerre was too warm. Overall, not the best choice for one of too few meals while in Paris.

8/10The staff here were wonderful and quick. Unfortunately, and I don’t know if this was an extra busy day or just bad timing but they were out of most things on the menu - like the top four things I wanted to try. So that wasn’t the best but the food we received was ready so quickly, the wine was great and all the servers were so super nice. The decor is stunning with the landscapes painted on the wall and the ambient lighting. Bathroom is clean!

6.5/102/3 of the menu was out of stock. We went early Sunday evening, so not sure if that had something to do with it? Disappointed given some of the more positive reviews we’d read, but was a descent experience.

9.5/10This little restaurant is something that you have to visit in Paris. Nice atmosphere, the people are welcome and friendly. Very good service and the food delicious. I had the beef and the onion soup as a starter and I highly recommend them. Baba au rum as dessert for night in Paris

10/10What a wonderful find! We were looking for a typical French brasserie with good food and ambience without a ridiculous price tag and were delighted to find all of this during our evening at Le Prince Racine on our first night in Paris. The tuna, steak and Croque Monsieur were delicious and service was excellent. We hope to return to sample some more of the menu again before we leave. Highly recommended.

6/10The staff was great and the ambiance was very nice. However our food was disappointing. Specifically, the steak was tuff and chewy. The hamburger was greasy, bun was soggy. Value for price was not there for us.
