Everything about this place was fantastic! The waiter was excellent and even provided wine pairing recommendations that were spot on. I would definitely return.

Excellent food. We had the onion soup, veal and shells with ham and Gouda. All wonderful. We were so full we were unable to try desserts but their menu looked good for that as well. Very personable service and wine selection. A must visit for when we return.

This is the first time. But as the dishes are really good and the master (sommelier) give us the suitable advice for our wines. We entered the restaurant at 7:00. At 8:00, the restaurant was full. If there are some occasions to visit Paris, we love to use this restaurant again. All the dishes are really wonderful!

Very cosy atmosphere, great selection of dishes and wines! The food is tasty and authentic and wines are the highlight of the restaurant. We had a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend.

I am in Paris for 2 months of the year. This is where I come for my first 'return' meal, and the place I bring guests. The food is always good, always fresh, always interesting. We are always pleasantly greeted and served with concern and attention. If you don't live or stay nearby, the #31 bus from Etoile will take you there in 20 minutes.

Setting was very nice, low light, cosy place and good food. Price was a bit steep but worth it for the experience.

A good quality meal, well cooked , and with quality ingredients. Service was interesting and slightly combative, but essentially decent and efficient. Only problem was the price. The restaurant was empty apart from us and one other table at 8pm on a Friday. I am convinced that the quality of the food would be available to more people - and would be more profitable for the owners - if the prices were reduced by 20%. The interior also suggests a lower price bracket would be more appropriate.

Had the snails for starters which was in a creamy herb sauce which were simply delicious! They were very small but for me was perfect to share (not a huge lover of them - if you are then get your own portion) Followed up for me with the lamb - delicious!!! My french friend got the duck and he said it was the best he had ever had! Both accompanied with garlic herb mashed potatoe which was delicious!!

An unexpected surprise! This restaurant is near my house and we decided to try it out.. I can say without lying that the lamb was absolutely mouth watering good!! The waiter suggested a wine based on our tastes which was excellent! Couldn’t fault anything! Great find! I will be back !

The food was wonderful. The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection. The escargot was not traditional but very tasty in a sauce not garlic butter. It was a very enjoyable evening.

Lovely genuine 17th arrondisement local French restaurant loved it but coudent Alford it every day! Best meal we have had in years onion soup as in heaven rack of lamb cook d to perfection fantastic salmon mouse and tasty pork in walnut sauce le brain cuisine de France!

A delightful place, an excellent meal - three of us had three different entrees and plats and each was very good, well presented. Plan to return soon.

Very personal and attentive service combined with a classic French menu and a great choice of wines. We had the sole, steak tartare and Madagascan pawns all beautifully cooked and delicious. A high quality experience driven by the passion of the owner. A real find.

The food was very expensive compared to the quality. The Wine was really good though

Wonderful bistro, we were met with a warm welcome, the owner took our coats, and then talked us through the entire menu. He recommended a wine for our main course that was a perfect choice. The onion soup and salmon pate starters were delicious, and we can both recommend the duck with cherry sauce. This is a perfect place to relax for a few hours and eat some incredible food. The best meal out we've had in a long while.

Amazing Attention and service. Great homey feel with amazing cousine. Onion Soup great, Onion Tart exquisite; Beef Tender and unique; Souffle Was great but should've gone with the chocolate fondant. Amazing wine suggestion by the owner.
