The restaurant at the Hotel St. Victoire is an absolute gem. The chef combines his knowledge and experience in France, Brazil, Spain and Japon into a menu that is surprising, beautiful and delicious. We had the "menu degustation" and each course was delicious, beautifully prepared and unique. The setting is ideal with a full view of Mt. St. Victoire. The team is well trained and makes you feel welcome and well taken care of.

Not knowing what to expect, looking for a vegetarian high end restaurant in the area, we were not disappointed. A cosy romantic atmosphere (nice playlist), refined fusion food and spot on service made our night.

Brazilian chef Mateus Marangoni concocts a refreshing cuisine rich in colorful notes: his creativity achieves the feat of interlacing a change of scenery and familiar flavors by combining tastes, colors and textures from his homeland with local products of Provence. We greatly appreciated the availability of an exclusively vegetarian menu, which was as refined and delectable as the other dishes. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, as well as the cocooning atmosphere of the place. We felt welcomed in this experience and we look forward to repeating it.
