We selected the signature menus and had mentioned at the time of reservation my lactose intolerance however nothing in the menu has been changed nor adapted to suit my allergy. For a restaurant of that standard, this is clearly unacceptable. After each and every dish, I had to speak with the waitress to check about the dairy content and/or send some back.. If you have any food allergies, avoid this place, they won’t accommodate their menus. No apologies were given at the end of the service. On a more positive note the wine selection and recommendation was excellent. Overall, I wish the place was more customer centric and flexible on the proposed menus.

5/10I was really excited for this restaurant and the location was perfect. This was my 20th Michelin Star restaurant and was my least favorite out of all of them. The food was very disappointing and not worthy of Michelin Star status

9/10Great food, but portions were tiny given the price (and we have eaten at all the starred restaurants in the area, so the surprise is not because we're not used to the gastronomic format). For example, one of the dishes was "duck breast with caramelised apple" and we literally got a single slice of duck breast with a ball of caramelised apple approximately the size of a marble (and a few other garnished fit for a doll)... We had a five-course menu for 190€, we expected more than three bites per course.

9.5/10Very delicious dishes parred with really great and interesting champagne from Bruno Paillard. Excellent service from the very second we arrived. Absolutely worth a visit, but be prepared- it’s pricey.
