    Probably my fault. I assumed it was a full breakfast not a continental breakfast. We wanted to be inside because of the outside smokers.

    The welcoming, attentive and smiling personnel. Of course, the Art Deco building and restaurent with its glass painted ceiling! Compliments also to the chef for a tasteful lunch.

    We waited quite a long time to be seated, despite booking in advance. The tea time was great, pastries and amuse bouche were delicious! Waiters were kind and efficient.

    This was such a huge disappointment. We booked for High Tea but discovered that it was unavailable before 16h. We decided to have lunch but the service was incredibly slow. I ordered a cocktail but it was essentially a dirty glass full of ice. They did change it after 2 tries. They changed servers 3 times and by the end, we were ignored entirely. For a regular restaurant, we may shrug and say that's just how it is but we expected more from the Lutetia. We will not be recommending it or returning.

    Very shocked to see no choices other than salad for vegetarians. When we inquired about options they just brought a large, expensive, unremarkable salad that was various forms of beets. Waitstaff was friendly but not attentive. This was a disappointment for this beautiful modern style establishment

    Quiet beautiful surroundings and a great place to have a confidential chat but very expensive breakfast for what it was - you’re paying for the surroundings ambience and good quality service

    Absolutely great staff. Beautiful restaurant. Great atmosphere. Calm and relaxing. The entrée and meal were quite good but the dessert was a real disappointment. The dessert card needs work for a five star restaurant.

    Insufficient staff causing waiting for any order. Great decoration and place but chasing someone to order was exhausting. They were nice but distracted about priorities, taking care of empty tables while we were waiting to order.

    I love everything about this restaurant. The food is divine, the service excellent, and the atmosphere spectacular. I wish that I lived in Paris so that I could dine there more often.

    The exquisite surroundings and well conceived dishes should lead to a satisfying result but, unfortunately, while trying hard, the staff is overwhelmed. The service was excruciatingly slow. Hoping for better experience next time.
