7.5/10We had to wait for a while to be seated, despite the reservation. Apart from that, we had good food, in a cozy location, and the waitress has been super-nice to us.

6/10A bit disappointed by the restaurant that was well rated. The starters were good . The main course a bit less ( presentation). But the reason of the rate is mainly the service. We didn’t feel welcome since the beginning by the head waiter that has then been highly disrespectful during the service, no patience in the order, bad comments out loud to the kid and us, errors in the order, throwing things on the table. The other waitress was fortunately very kind and professional. I chose this restaurant especially because it was rated as « children friendly » but it was not.

One of the best alsacien restaurants in strassbourg! Nicely decorated from the outside, with warm fresh ambiance from inside, very friendly staff and owner, super delicious food, and varied menu. We took fromage gratiné with ham, pork ribs, onion soup, and escargots, all delicious. Highly recommended and needs prior reservation.

There was a queue of people out front before the restaurant opened. We had a reservation, but apparently there were a few tables available and that's why folks were there before opening. The service was friendly and quick. A table to our side had been at least once before and the server remembered the wine they had on the previous visit. The food was fantastic - we ordered escargot, onion tart, Kàlbskopf, and a meat and cheese plate. Next time we'll get the onion soup, which both tables on either side of us had ordered and looked and smelled amazing. We'll be sure to eat here again, next time we're in Strasbourg.

The lady staff that greeted and served us was very warm and welcoming. She took the time to explain to us what type of wine pair well with what we have ordered. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Food was great especially the pork shank. This is a highly recommended restaurant but do make a reservation to avoid disappointment.

8.5/10Food was really delicious but service wasn’t that great. The staff were too busy. When our food arrived we asked for a side salad which never arrived and we had to cancel it since our food was over. Our dessert took so long to come too. Other than that it was a good experience.
