10/10I go to Le Sauvage regularly for professional and friends' lunches and dinners. The food is always excellent with top-notch quality, the service is impeccable and the wines are selected with passion and curiosity. I strongly recommend it and will keep bringing many folks to discover this local gem.

10/10Amazing experience! The restaurant is cozy, service is really managed well (special mention for the waitress, extremely friendly and competent). Food is high quality and the combinations are intruiging. Overall the price-quality ratio is amazing for the high-level presented.

10/10This restaurant is a gem, hidden in a small road off the Boulevard Haussmann. The restaurant was empty of other guests when we arrived for our booking but the staff were very friendly and other diners soon showed up to create a non-invasive buzz. The menu is small- 4 or so choices for each course- but there were several tasty sounding dishes. I had fried ravioli stuffed with langoustine in a langoustine sauce while my partner had wild green asparagus with mushrooms and a French Scotch egg. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. We both had the beef, beautifully cooked for each of us, and shared a cheese plate instead of dessert. The staff were knowledgeable about both the food and wine and explained the cooking methods and offered suggestions for wines that we would not otherwise have chosen (as they come from small producers). This was the best meal we had during our stay in Paris and we shall definitely return.

6/10We ordered a bottle of wine. The owner opened it and had some for himself although we never invited him. Was a new experience I have never had before that we have to pay for something that is enjoyed by the owner, not by us :) Otherwise the food was nice and the place was quiet. The lady who speaks English was very kind and pleasant.

I am sorry to let you know, under the french tradition a sommelier have to show you and after, to taste if the wine is not corked before serving you. In case, if the wine is corked the sommelier have to change the bottle, it is the french law. Therefore, the sommelier has to taste the wine in your presence before serving the bottle to you. 9.5/10Delicious 6 course menu, portions were very good. Each plate was beautiful presented and am amazing explosion of flavors. Our waitress had so much passion explaining the dishes but also where the main product were coming from. There is also a great wine list. Our compliments to the chef and staff. We will come back for sure !!

10/10The loveliest eating experience—great and sophisticated food, thoughtful service (one of us is gluten and lactose intolerant, and the staff went out of their way to support her finding foods she would like and could eat), lovely ambiance. Special restaurant with a seasonal menu and creative dishes cooked to perfection. Loved the entire evening.

10/10Having seen a few good reviews, I was intrigued to try out this place. I booked a few days in advance as me and my girlfriend were staying down the street and wanted to have a nice dinner on our first night in Paris. All I can say is that it was an absolutely fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone. The service was top notch and our host walked us through the menu, explaining all of the fantastic produce. This was sourced from local suppliers as well as specialists across the world. You can tell the quality of this produce is outstanding and the best part is that it has only been further enhanced by the creativity and skill of the chef. We had the tasting menu which, although slightly more expensive, is worth every penny. All in all we had 6 dishes - two of each of the starters, main course and desserts - and every one met or exceeded expectations. We also had a lovely bottle of wine that was recommended to us by our server. If it even mattered after all of the great food and the exceptional service, the ambiance and setting merely added to the spectacle. If you are staying in Paris and are looking for a nice place to have a great meal then this is the place. Thanks to everyone at Le Sauvage for everything!

9/10The Malasian waitres made the evening complete with her knowledge of the dishes and the easy going interaction. And the food was amazing. Only the lighting in the restaurant could add more to the ambiance.
