5.5/10The waiter was rude, impatient and constantly rushing, running off without listening, not patience at all and the meal was only still eaten because the chef came to help communicate and took our order no problem. The food isn’t the issue the man who greeted us was the problem

10/10We are regular visitors of Paris from New York City. On each visit we make it a point to have dinner at Le Swann. The ambiance is excellent and the food is terrific. A true Paris restaurant dining experience. The pre-fix menu is an excellent price. You receive an entree (appetizer), plat (main course), desert and a half bottle of wine at a reasonable price and nothing disappoints. Roman has often been our waiter. Our command of the French language is not very good but that doesn’t bother Roman. He speaks excellent English and greats us with a smile every time we walk into the door. He answers all questions on menu items and offers suggestions according to our likings. Roman is attentive throughout out the meal and you always feel welcomed. Roman is an excellent waiter and is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Always very satisfied at Le Swann. Le Swann restaurant never disappoints!

10/10Food and service were really great as usual. The food was not only deliciuos but also nicely presented; the waiter so sweet (he noticed that I was so talkative that my dish might have got cold and offered to re-heat it; proposed to bring more ice for the water as soon as I've used up the one on the table). All the team (cook, waiter, cashier) were very nice, they acknowledged the customers.

10/10My guest and I ordered the calamars frits. They were delicious, as well as the dessert. Although the restaurant was crowded, the noise level was fine, we were able to talk and hear each other without problem.

6.5/10I was disappointed. I went several years ago and remember it being much better. It’s like a factory of a restaurant where they send out dishes without a lot of thought or innovation. My lobster salad did not have much taste. I can say the homemade French fries were nice though. I won’t go back again.

8/10We had a very nice dinner, not so big of a menu, but for us it was ok. Prices are a bit high, but with the fork it was half the price. We loved the food and the wine, the only thing was, the starters came in very quickly, just like the next course, for us it felt like a bit hurried, and we wanted to relax and enjoy the food, so we asked for more time between the next courses. Thankfully the waiter slowed down the pace for us, so we could enjoy the rest of the evening.

10/10Amazing dishes and amazing service. All the food was of great quality and portion - the entrees were fresh, mains were not too salty or overpowering, and the desserts were not excessively sweet. Plenty of bread and butter and table water provided.

10/10We were staying nearby and went for dinner. The food and service was so great that we went there again on our last night in Paris. The owner recognized us and made our last night in Paris special. The food is outstanding—start with the lobster salad—the main courses were also great and for dessert try the big biscuit (better than it sounds). Great value with a 42.9 Euro price for an aperitif, 3 courses and a half bottle of good wine.

9/10Second experience and this time it was much much better. Dish quality were really good and tasty. And staff was very nice. We were 7 and use the space at the back of the restaurant for a business diner. It was just perfect. Price still a bit expensive, but the Folk discount let to really moderate that.
