10/10Valois is the ultimate Parisian bistro. Bistro? Brasserie? I never know, but it’s our favorite Paris restaurant. And double points for being in our neighborhood. Every dish on the menu (and we’ve tried a lot of them) is expertly prepared, presented, and is delicious. We spend a month in Paris every year and have eaten at restaurants all over the city - but Valois feels like home to us.

10/10Classic French restaurant with a great vibe. Service was timely and our waiter engaging. His name was Kindi I think. Food was excellent . Great experience in the 8th !

4.5/10Nice atmosphere. Food only OK, not worth the hefty price. And most annoying, an American style tip request at the time of payment for 10%, 15%, 20% even though service in Europe is included in the price. Just felt like a tourist trap.

10/10This is an excellent restaurant. Delicious food all round and the mussels were exquisite. The ambience and service were all superb. The waiting staff were attentive, friendly and fun! Highly recommend!

6/10We have been to this restaurant many times, but this visit was difficult because 2 employees in the kitchen did not come, another 2 waiters also failed & the relatively new Maitre’D was overwhelmed. I had to go twice to the kitchen to get our food. We survived but other guests were livid!

6/10We had several good experiences in this retaurant This was the reason why we had our family dinner there This is a pleasant restaurant with a nice and friendly personnel but this time most of the dishes we ordered were average or below. We had oysters that were barely eatable The tartare wasn’t good Only the mussels were good and tasty It’s quite disappointing to have the ambiance and service without a tasty food

9.5/10The food and atmosphere at Valois are superior. Everything I’ve eaten on the menu over the years has been delicious. I particularly like the chicken, the haricot verts, the choucroute, and the avacado and shrimp. Valois is one of our very favorite places in Paris and we come here often when we visit. The only reason I gave a slightly lesser grade on service is I think they were short staffed and were crowded on a Friday night and it took a very long time to get our check - but our server was delightful and very efficient in taking our orders. Highly recommended.

10/10This was one of the recommendations by our hotel staff. Solid menu, great atmosphere and the food was excellent! It’s a little ways off the busy streets, but well worth the extra steps.

8/10The cafe was busy but the staff kept up. We enjoyed a Sunday Brunch outing a short walk from our hotel. The Œufs Norvègien was served over sweet brioche that I found odd but still tasty. Would love to try the classic dinners one evening!

10/10€117 for 2 starters, 2 entrees, 1 copious shared desert and a half bottle of rose. Very tasty traditional French cuisine. Very good service though food a bit slow (but we were there very early by French standards 6:30pm). Very happy with our dinner.

4.5/10The attendants are grumpy. Terrible in the service. They are rude and not nice people. They just throw food and drinks on the table without politeness. I don’t reccomend this place to anyone. They don't know how to attend with empathy. It looks like they're doing you a favor in serving customers. Bad experience.

8.5/10We live close by to Le Valois and we go there often. Quality es very consistent, staff very friendly, food is really good. It is not cheap but definitely worth it. I fully reccommend it. When we get visitors we always take them there tu experience a real and trully french brasserie.

10/10This is a place we go often, it is a guarantee of standard quality, service in a very nice typical french restaurant. We went last night to celebrate my son's birthday and we had a great time. It is definitely always a great choice. I really reccommend it.

9/10The food is delicious. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. Our server on this particular occasion didn’t seem to realize that 2 women are likely to tip as well as a party containing men, so we were not paid much attention. We had a lovely evening anyway, and saw our favorite server, Loubna, as we were leaving the restaurant. Apparently, she had been serving another area of the restaurant and we didn’t know she was there. She’s the best. A real professional.

10/10This is one of our favorite places to eat or drink in Paris. The food is very high quality and the service is impeccable. It has a beautiful vintage decor and one feels very comfortable there. We go back multiple times whenever we are in Paris.
