Very nice place. The food was really great and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The only thing to have in count is that even with a reservation you might have to wait for a table (we only waited 5 minutes) 100% recommend to try this restaurant and if we come back to Nice one day we will definitely go to this restaurant again.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Le VLT in Nice. The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic French flavor. The service was excellent — friendly, professional, and attentive. We were disappointed by our experience at VLT. We arrived for our 19h30 reservation to an almost empty restaurant…only one other table of 2 diners present. The waiter was friendly and seated us promptly. He took our drink orders and returned quickly. VLT has a limited menu which we knew in advance. We all ordered the beef bourguignon. We were told that it was sold out as well as the gambas dish because they served over 20 customers at lunch. So we ordered the special of the day which was the roasted lamb shoulder with a potato purée. The waiter took our order to the kitchen and returned shortly to tell us there was no purée left so our meals would be served with french fries. Had we known all of this in advance of our drink orders, we would definitely have gone elsewhere for dinner.

You are right and we apologize for the missing dishes on the menu. An explanation: We cook everything with fresh products and that day, we had a lot of people at lunch and we were short of merchandise to finish the evening service. This happens sometimes, rarely and we do everything we can to avoid it. We regret your have been disappointed this day

we had an excellent meal the onion and fish soups were great. the pork with mash ans salmon en croute were excellent and tge desert of meringue floating l bergamot infused custard was amazing. The waiter was very efficient and professional. he was also very friendly and helpful. Tge meal was very reasonable especially with 50% off.

I’ve been there for dinner, amazing typical food, they make you feel like home. Shoutout to the Italian waiter, super nice and kind. The price (low) is worth the food and service. If you come to Nice you can’t skip this.

Very noisy! Because of the other restaurant next to it. The tuna was tasteless and like rubber! The skewers were not very good although the waiter was quite nice. Not much choice in the menu! Not really a menu for the summer!
