6/10They didn’t reflect the 20% off in the bill (we were not late or anything like that) and I reminded the waitress twice that we booked through the fork. We were in a hurry to go, so I didn’t check the bill and only realised after we had paid. There were other restaurants with discount too, so I could have gone with others had I known they didn’t honour the discount. Very disappointing.

Hello sir, Sorry not to have won you over during your stay with us. I would like to do what is necessary to make up for forgetting to hand over the fork which was inadvertently forgotten by one of my servers. How can you draw conclusions about our policy. No sir, this is not part of our way of doing things, do not go looking so far, this is an accident and an oversight. The error remains human.
