Visited again after two years. Food quality remains excellent but the service poor. We didn’t see anyone at all for over 30 minutes after finishing our starters. Very different from 2 years ago under different management.

The was typical bistro fare...nothing especially interestingly about the food. The restaurant claimed to be vegetarian friendly, but only had 1 option....overcooked stirfry. A potato side dish (that the waiter said was vegetarian) came with beef sauce all over it. There was only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant, so the service was extremely slow. No water, bread, or clearing plates until requested.

The service was provided by a friendly woman who worked hard for us even though we didn't understand the language. However, the restaurant was unsettling because of the smell of cigarette smoke from outside and someone who seemed to be the owner wandering around. Also, the food was not tasty at all. The wine was very delicious, though.

Food was very good. Menu was very thoughtful and the dishes came out fresh and delicious. The wine pours are generous. Servers were very busy but friendly if we ever requested anything. The restaurant had every table full so a good reflection of the loyalty of the customers. Would return.

We ordered entrecôte with fries and bernaise, but had a hard time managing to cut and chew the meat. It was really sinewy and tough. We told the waiter in å polite manner, but she didn’t seem to care. The ambience was a bit tense, and there were very few guests in the restaurant.

I had scallops and was disappointed with the quality of the food. The restaurant seemed more sophisticated as presented online. Decor and ambiance more plain than we expected. Uncomfortable chairs. On the positive note, service was very fast and the meat my husband had was good quality. The chockolate desert tasted good.

It is always a pleasure to come back to this restaurant that combines great cuisine with great patisserie. Nice atmosphere, very good service, great food (including desserts not to be missed) and reasonable price.

The service was fabulous, and they had even translated the menu into English on a separate board! So helpful! The food was great from the escargot to the sirloin, and we loved our dessert that the waitress picked for us. We are wimps about heat and would have preferred some climate control, but it was otherwise a wonderful experience!

Fabulous meal with food that was fresh, of great quality, and simply delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive but not intrusive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The seating at our table was not as comfortable as we would have liked (other tables had softer seating) but the whole meal was wonderful and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent value for the price (especially if you go for the set meal) and very good service. All the dishes we could try were first-rate, ranging from the starters to the desserts. Make sure to visit this place in your trip to Paris, you won't regret it.

I ask the waitress in English about one word on the menu which i couldn't understand. She told me " you know there's English on the menu" then explained it's a type of fish. Kind of rude. But, it's Paris, right?
