+5A lovely location with a fantastic ambience, the food was lovely, the best meal we had in the last 5 days in France. Definitely a good place to sit, eat and drink whilst watching the sun go down and the swifts darting across the sky.

Absolutely outstanding food, served with finesse! Beautiful surroundings be so special in the summer! There’s a pool in the garden with lovely seating and greenery!

7/10This is our second visit to this restaurant -- once outside in the Summer and now in the renovated indoor room. The service was excellent in both cases and our meals were "fine" but over-priced. The outside ambiance is quite pleasant with an abundance of artificial greener. The indoor room is comfortable but I am sure the din would be deafening if the room were full. Overall: There are better dining options in Pezenas.

8.5/10The setting is amazing. The food is good but not the finest. More a gastro pub that a fine restaurant. Service is fast and cocktails too alcoholic

9/10Lovely setting. Friendly and efficient staff. My generous portion of fois gras came with a smear of fruit sauce and some burnt brioche. I asked for some onion confiture and it was supplied. Although my duck main was perfectly cooked, again there was not enough sauce.

8.5/10Recommended by our hotel, we were very pleased with the service and food at Les Cordeliers. The lamb shank was excellent! We loved the baba rhum, although be prepared...It is very boozy!

4/10Nice spot, but terribly bad food. We also had to wait over an hour for it with the service team forgetting to put through the order, usually forgivable especially if they had a busy night, but it wasn't, with 5 service staff on the floor/bar. Whilst the team was apologetic for the order error, it did not make up for the unpleasant experience (on top of the food).

2.5/10This restaurant was so disappointing. I wish that we had just tried our luck in one of the restaurants in the historic centre The service was terrible. The staff were not welcoming and had to be summoned for any request. The gazpacho was tolerably okay but too much garlic. The salads were awful.

4.5/10Very disappointed in the food. Fried tapas (shrimps, calamari and Accrue) - all overfried and no taste whatsover. Steak tartare - greylooking beef, unappetising with an egg that didnt look fresh, picked cauliflower, redcurrants and tomatoes do not make a steak tartare - i managed one mouth full and left the dish. Complained to the waitress and no apology received the wine we ordered we were told was not available yet 4 boxes stacked outside the toilets. waitress could not recommend any wines and had to go and ask. I have cancelled my table booking for 6 in 2 weeks time.

8/10I am happy to report that the quality of food and presentation is greatly improved since my visit last year. Plates come with nice arrangement of different vegetables, a flavorful but not overpowering sauce and without a dump of chips on every plate. Prices are a bit higher, but I am happy to pay a little more for better quality and service. The ambiance is pleasant, under a patio overlooking the swimming pool, service is fast and attentive. A good option, a bit out of the way of the tourist crowds in downtown Pézenas.

8/10Les Cordeliers in Pezenas has a very nice terrace and a good menu with great meat and fish dishes. The service was very friendly. An enjoyable first lunch in the region.

6.5/10A nice terrace and quick service. The plates are very large but the food is average, unfortunately each dish includes a vast cascade of French fries that occupies half plate. My personal opinion is that the price quality ratio is poor.
