Lovely hotel and atmosphere. Good service. Some dishes lacked flavour or the citrus taste was overpowering. Presentation was great. Having enjoyed many alpine top quality meals this was off the mark for me. Each bite should be a pleasure but I found the amuse bouche dull, the lemon butter unpleasant and the trout infusion bitter. Some imbalance here with using local produce to enhance the dishes.

The set menu was excellent. We had the 5 course u which included amuse bouche and petit fours. Every dish was creative and included little touches of brilliance

Absolutely exquisite gastronomic experience. Creative menu with wonderful flavour combinations. Exceptional attentive service to complement the wonderful food. Very special and highly recommended.

Everything about the establishment just oozes class. Perfect waiting staff, knowledgeable somellier, quality ingredients prepared with care, resulting in exquisite flavours, fine wine pairing. Which all made for a memorable birthday celebration.

Make sense with just one star cause the food is holding the star and in order to get a second one it all about the front line work of services

Very poor food. We sent back 2 dishes and the service was very poor. The restaurant messed up and served a vegetarian snails despite the fact that we told them someone was vegetarian
