It was an amazing experience for my family. Our server made the meal the most special for us, helping us and treating us so nicely. The food was spectacular and the raclette was fabulous! Chocolate fondue for dessert was the best way to cap it off!

We wanted a raclette/fondue experience and this place was so fun. The food was excellent. We had no idea the protocol on how to eat the food and they were so helpful to the tourists. It was very rich, but was definitely an experience that was required in Paris

We really loved taking our young kids here. They had fun making their own dinner and thought it was a fun concept

The venue was highly packed which is understandable but the seating in my opinion doesn’t work that space having benches that people share is frustrating as you have to get up and down for others to move and pass through. Presentation of food could def be better

We had a great time. They seated us right away, explain the man well, brought her food in a timely manner and it was delicious. We had fun and would go back.

One of the best, if not the best, restaurant I’ve visited in Paris over the past two weeks. There were English menus, and all of the waiters spoke English. The service was good — polite and relatively fast. We ordered the raclette with alps herbs mix and salmon. The food was delicious and, as a pescatarian, probably the best option I could’ve ordered. Originally, the waiter did not apply the discount, but after we reminded him, he apologized and applied it After applying the 20% discount, the food cost less than 30€ for both of us. Would definitely return in the future.

The best restaurant we have been in Paris, we ate Raclette e Fondue, so good!! The staff in super friendly and nice, the space is so cute and they speak Italian! Very much recommended

The fondue was amazing, the services was perfect!! Our only issue was that the restaurant closed at 2:30 and reopen after a few hours we made the reservation at 2:00 and was not enough time to eat, but they at least give us the rest of the fondue for take away!! We really enjoy the food 10/10

This is where all the good cheese go to when they die, cheese heaven, I am so stuffed I can hardly walk, highly recommended, even turned up 20 minutes late for our reservation and they were very accommodating

Excellent food and service. It was our first time to eat raclette and fondue so.it was very exciting. The restaurant opens for dinner at exactly 630 PM, so we had to wait around 15 mins since we were early. This was not a problem. Although there are signs saying it is air conditioned, it was not turned on.

Absolutely amazing cheese fondue with bread for €17! The raclette with beef, charcuterie and baked potatoes was also good for €19. Good atmosphere, but a bit crowded if it's busy. Interesting set up to keep the fondue warm and heat the raclette on a burner built into the tables. Friendly staff, speak French and English. Good house wine, choice of Chardonnay and Merlot. Other wines available. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend!
