Had the best experience here. Felt like a VIP customer as soon as I walked into the restaurant and was given the bar seat facing the kitchen, which is the perfect location to watch the magic happen. Ensure that you make a reservation, as there are not many tables inside. Their cuts of meat they serve for the evening are sitting on the counter and since I was the first one seated, I got to choose what I wanted (I was dining solo, so I chose the "smallest" piece, as they are all gigantic). Watched the whole process up close and it was wonderful. The chef grills all the meat on the Kamato and does it effortlessly. The 2-man team in the kitchen were wonderful and very hospitable. Highly recommend if you love steak!

Incredible! Cannot recommend enough. The best meal we had in Paris! The service was impeccable and we had an unreal Côte de boeuf cooked right in front of us. These guys absolutely love what they do and it shows. A must visit!

A sheer gem. The owner loves what he does and it shows meaning it tastes so. Every dish is made to perfection. This is not a haute couture fancy shmancy restaurant but an excellent one for meat lovers. Nice red wine accompanied generously I must say, our meal blended into the interesting explanations of the ingredient and preparations. Generous tasty side dishes. Very attentive and warm service. Soft classic jazz playlist played all evening at the right to the point level as the rest of the meal. Right to the point. A very nice plate of southern France assorted cheese ended a perfect evening. Highly recommended.
