8/10We enjoyed dinner last night at Les Inseparables. The dining room is lovely and the ala crate menu is diverse with many interesting dishes. I enjoyed the pumpkin veloute with goat cheese & vegetables and a perfectly cooked Beef dish. My husband had the Blue Lobster and gnocchi dish and the sea bass which was cooked to perfection. Service was good. Wine list was a bit pricey but we did find a reasonably priced Polly Fuisse that complemented our meal. It’s off the beaten path location wise, but an easy 15 minute walk from the Center of Aix.

9.5/10Really 5 star food served in a nice garden in a residential area of the city but close to centre. The only drawback were the evening insects that made a meal of our legs! So wear long trousers or put on some repellent, the entrée was an amazing combination of different tastes and the veal medallions cooked to perfection.

An incredible experience. I would rate it higher than a 10 if possible. The owner checked on us frequently, made excellent recommendations when we asked on wine pairings and menu selections. Made us feel very welcome even though we do not speak French. Just a lovely experience. We were not extremely hungry but wanted to try many of the dishes and they offered to split the dishes we wanted to share. We put together a few appetizers and split an entree with three wine parings and two desserts. Each dish was tasty with delicate well balanced and elegant flavors but not fussy. Our best meal of many that we have had throughout France. Memorable

10/10We had the set dinner . Every dish was phenomenal. I have an allergy and they were gracious about it. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a special treat. It was wonderful.

8.5/10Outstanding and delicious food, even though we ate only from the ala carte menu. Lovely place, casual but chic. Challenging service: two servers were clearly rushed and service from them was intermittent. Occasionally, one of the owners would swoop in and was gracious and attentive.

Our server was fantastic and chose a really delicious bottle of wine for us. The food was fantastic and described very well in French and English by the server. We loved the set menu, which was made entirely of seasonal and local ingredients. The quality and care put into the menu and ambiance are obvious. We will certainly return for another dinner.

7/10Bof Was ok. Twice the price but even if it was half, the food is more or less not very special, its just small and deconstructed and plated in that way. Its why people dont like places like this. Had the tasting menu. A la carte better value, i guess. Homemade Sauces are pipetted in dots onto small but well rendered pieces of food but i dont know if thats the art of cooking.

It was a great meal, we chose the discovery menu with wine to pair. Service was friendly and genuine. We really enjoyed the decor in a residential area with a nice garden and outdoor eating place. Would highly recommend.

6.5/10Kir Royal didn’t taste like champagne or appear to have any kir in it. Goat’s cheese in starter was dry and not creamy. Sous vide pork in main course was lovely. Otherwise generally OK but nothing special. Not sure it merited being in Michelin

The experience couldn’t have been more welcoming for our very first dinner in Aix! Food was outstanding and the staff was fantastic, with a warm greeting and excellent recommendations. Sat on the lovely patio and drank fabulous Rose and enjoyed a unique and wonderful culinary experience. Would come back again and again!!! Magnifique❤️

5/10The parking is great. The staff is great. The setting and interior decor is very nice. The food is not great. The chief is trying to be too creative and reinvent the wheel of good classic French cuisine. Numerous items on the main course were indescribable and unidentifiable. Very disappointing among our 2 weeks of dining in Southern France..

An excellent adresse if you like some innovative food and flavor, but still kinda warm like childhood memories, then you're in the right place. Kind waiter or Boss with 2 beautiful and nice dogs that will give you good advice for the wine. All in all a memorable experience, will come back again.

Staff very friendly - service was quite slow but not so slow we felt abandoned - just a gap between courses that was slightly too long Overall a fantastic experience because the food was so good Music was annoying - a bit loud and cover versions not originals but wasn't a huge problem

7/10Very nice atmosphere. A bit understaffed. The monkfish was a bit dry, cutting it in thin slices makes that it becomes dryer. Sauce was good but a little to little. All and all a good 7 Grz Hans

3/10Menus dirty. Service slow , inept and inattentive . Menu extremely limited. Ordered cocktails and waited. Asked for wine list and waited . Gave waiter/server our order. Tried to order wine and told by server that was not their job and someone else would come and take our wine order. Waited. Finally able to ordered wine. First course arrived before wine. Told server we did not want food without wine. Food was place on table and we were told wine would arrive shortly. Luckily, we had ordered a cold first course: marinated Rouget. Food overall was cooked well but bland and under seasoned . Bread was stale R service was inattentive and the just missing. Ordered a cheese plate to finish and waited . And Waited. Server finally came by and asked if we wanted anything and we again ordered cheese plate. This dinner was a major disappointment. Cannot recommend and can't begin to comprehend how this restaurant was even mentioned in Michelin guide.

I would give this restaurant very good reviews. We had foie gras, it was very well presented and was excellent. We both had the fish, it was superb! The balance of flavors was exquisite and the little vegetables were cooked to perfection accompanied with an emulsion and a devine pepper paste!

10/10We were guided to this restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner. What a marvelous experience! Would love to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor ambiance as well!! Highly recommend!!
