5.5/10Food was fine but with the good sauces it's a shame not to give bread. Service was slow and the waiter forgot the order and had to be reminded for water several times.

9/10Small ,out of the way restaurant worth the search. Great food, ala Lyon, and hospitable service. Try the beef Bourgogne==better than my wife's, and hers is very good.

We booked this online partly because the reviews were good and the location was just right for that day's plans near Hotel de Ville. And what a great choice it turned out to be! We arrived an hour before our booking, driven inside from a very cold, hard rain. The owner welcomed us and had a warm table waiting for us by the window, as I had requsted. Our lunch began with a lovely salad Lyonnaise, as well as escargot - both of which were perfect. A revelation was the pike dumpling, a concoction that was surprisingly light in text and full of flavor, thanks to the fresh fish and the lobster bisque in which the dumpling was placed. Everything about this lunch was excellent.

10/10A friend lived in Paris, 50 years ago and recommended it if it was still there. it still is and it’s still wonderful food, wonderful people. We had a great time enjoyed talking to the owner. Spoke both English and French. Very welcoming. Food was in the style of Lyon my son-in-law lives and he thought food was wonderful too

10/10The burger was terrific, the fries were great and the staff was really nice. They spoke English, explained the menu and were very good getting us out the door in time for our Jazz concert down the street.

+1A wonderful place to eat and drink. We booked as a large party of 16 and were made to feel very welcome with wonderful service from the host. The food was amazing, freshly cooked and from a good varied menu. The wine was great and the atmosphere and location were just right. Thank you for a memorable evening.

10/10Since 1972, every time I visit Paris, I visit Les.Mauvais Garçons restaurant .The current owner has operated the restaurant since 2008. It has the same friendly atmosphere and excellent food.. highly recommended!

Very happy to have had our lunch here at small spot—Lyon Bouchon in Paris! Fabulous quenelles- nice slight bite to the sauce— and super friendly service. Would definitely go back.

Everything about this restaurant was exceptional! The owner was our server and helped us choose the best option and wine to go with it! The food was delicious and we loved our conversation with the owner. We were alone for the first half of the meal and then other French families came in to eat. You could tell they knew each other well which makes me think this is a common local place. Very authentic! Also the ambiance and decor were perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone going to Paris!

3.5/10Restaurant looked charming, quirky & the waitress was charming. The food however was absolutely disgusting & inedible. Main courses of roast chicken & frogs legs were cold, dried out & stale, obviously leftover from a previous service or day. Bizarrely despite both plates being vertically untouched no comment was made by the waitress or chef. Our neighbouring table similarly left their plates full. Shameful & totally unprofessional restaurant to be avoided.

10/10I brought my family of 11 which is a feat in Paris. Reservations were easy and the restaurant was very accommodating. The food was very homey and delicious. Their escargots were one of the best we had.

9.5/10We wanted to try Bouchon cuisine while in Paris and Les Mauvais Garcons was the perfect place to go! We were very pleased with all the dishes we ordered. Started out with the Salade lyonnaise then each member of our family ordered a different main meal - Lyon Pike Quenelle, Grilled Dorade Meunière, Cheeseburger and Boeuf Bourguignon. We were completely satisfied with our meal. The most amazing and memorable part of it though was the dessert. We tried the Fondant au chocolate and a tart that to this day we dream about. The best dessert tart we have ever tried - Tart a la praline rose. Absolutely captivating! Thank you Les Mauvais Garcons. We will be back next time we are in Paris!

Les Mauvais Garcons is always our first dinner in Paris. Riyad and his team never disappoint and the escargots and boeuf bourguignon are always cooked to perfection. Great way to start our Parisian Xmas holiday. We will be back for Christmas Eve for what will assuredly be another spectacular dining experience. We have been coming here for years and it is always our favorite night out when in Paris. Thank you for always making us feel like w r have returned home!
