Outstanding Parisian dining. No menu decisions needed, that is all taken care of. Perfect for 2-4 people even 6. We were with another couple and the menu was excellent. The wines and staff were just superb. Just book it. No need to look any further.

Other than the following point this is my favorite restaurant in Paris … my reservation automatically cancelled after receiving text on Christmas Day while in an airplane asking me to reconfirm reservation (which was a second time - I had already reconfirmed after booking for the fixed menu). I clicked the link to reconfirm the afternoon before the dinner and was told the reservation was cancelled. When I called I was accommodated in the basement but this could have been handled better by making it clear that the reservation will be cancelled such as using the words “Les Papilles requires you to reconfirm” instead of “would like you to reconfirm”. So if you are reserving be very careful to reconfirm regardless of how optional they seem it is.

Super friendly and helpful staff told us all about the food and helped to select an appropriate wine from their massive selection. The menu of the day was delicious and the service was great. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere made it a lovely place to spend an evening

We had the best time here; the staff, the ambiance, the food, the wine all amazing! We did the 4 course menu and their main was lamb. Unfortunately my sister doesn’t eat red meat and they were happy to sub that for a fish. Tomas made our experience so special and he recommended quite possibly the best wine I’ve ever tasted. I ended up buying a bottle. Run, don’t walk here you won’t regret it!

Very welcoming, everything explained very well and the wine and food are excellent. I thought the service really shined here and the presentation was excellent. My favorite is somewhat a surprise a creamy celery soup. (It’s more than that with accompanying garnish.) The lamb was very good and the lemon cream dessert was the best I’ve had.

This small, colorfully-decorated bistro has amazing food. We started with a pumpkin soup that we ladled around a delicate center of crème, spicy pork, and other tasty ingredients. The pork cheeks, which were super tender and surrounded by carrots, potatoes, shallots, and a sauce, similar to au jus, that you could slurp by itself, made me re-vision and generally dismiss my previous pot roasts. Then, we ate a small triangle of cow-derived (buttery) bleu cheese accompanied by a prune with a dark, sweet coulis. To end, we had what seemed like a chocolate mousse with some crumbles atop. The apparent owner recommended a bottle of Condrieu, which perfectly fit this unforgettable meal.

Wow! I lived in Paris and have been visiting at least once a year since then. Tonight I had a fabulous culinary experience, the food was exceptional, just a delight. The service and the wine selection were exceptional too. I'd recommend this place and go as far as to say everyone should visit this place at least once.

Our second time eating at Les Papilles along with our daughter and husband going on our recommendation. We just love this restaurant! Food is always fabulous - creamed zucchini soup with little croutons, pieces of chorizo, and tiny veggies. Guinea foil in the copper baking dish the main course always comes in with a delicious sauce of veal stock and seasonings with, bacon, red cabbage, carrots, peppers, beets et. Cheese course of blue cheese with a prune and prune sauce and lastly a rice pudding topped with a caramel sauce. Fantastique! Wide selection of wines with a knowledgeable sommelier. Two thumbs way up👍🏻👍🏻
