We were a tiny bit nervous to make reservations knowing that we had no choice on what we would be eating but WOW! The experience was wonderful!! The space was so cozy and cute, the staff was delightful and the food blew us away! We had an amazing spring pea soup, braised pork cheeks with roasted vegetables and polenta, blue cheese with prune compote and strawberry panna cotta. Everything was delicious but the pea soup was our favorite. The ingredients are so fresh and the portions are quite large. The cost for lunch was 45€. If they weren't closed Sunday and Monday, we would have gone back again! Highly recommend this unique experience.

My husband and I had a delightful dinner at Les Papilles in April of 2025. Our friends recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. We did, however, miss that Le Papilles serves a prefixed dinner menu, but that was a happy surprise as I was served dishes I may not have ordered for myself. If I could have their broccoli soup every week I’d be a happy woman. Each course was unique but approachable and oh so good.

Lovely evening with an excellent menu. All dishes were chosen to compliment each other and were prepared to perfection. The service could not have been better. We are in Paris for 3 more days - hopefully we will have another dinner chez Les Papilles.

As quaint and attentive a French dining experience as one might ever hope to have. The soup exceptional, the beef prepared and presented with detail, and so much food we had to skip one of the courses. The panicotta dessert was perhaps the best I ever had. Thomas paired it all with a perfect and affordable wine pairing. When the bill came zone as astonished the more than ready rice for such an exquisite meal. Absolutely will be back.

The menu is set and was not listed but wonderful. It’s a very small cozy restaurant/wine shop. They helped us pick a wine which was perfect. I plan on coming back. It was a lovely meal and evening.

A friend from the US frequently visits Paris and this is their favorite. It was amazing. The four courses are prepared by the chef so you don’t know what to expect. You need to be a little adventurous. The wine choice was delicious and reasonable. Very quaint atmosphere. Delicious.

A lovely restaurant with lots of ambiance. It is almost as if one was eating at a local spot down the street. The menu was very good and embraced the set menu concept ensuring each course was delicious. The celery soup was especially good and the beef shoulder slow braised and served with amazing gravy, vegetables and potatoes was incredibly tender! A great dining experience.

Nice place in the Quartier Latin. The "restaurant" sells wine and in addition food is served, but you have very few choice and space is limited. Having said that, the personnel was very kind and food is abundant (for a 45 euro menu). Excellent soup (cauliflower), good the braised beaf, very good the fromage (Bleu) and a delicate panna cotta. The plus is the Paris atmosphere.

First of all, we are your great fan and definitely come back every time we come to Paris, please do not take it bad because we had high expectations. The soupe was excellent as usual!! Always a lovely surprise! However I was disappointed with the pork belly as it was hard and tasteless even after 2hours of stewing. I believe that your great chef could definitely improve :) I find each time the quantity of food is A LOT, it could reduce down at least 3/4 and I believe it is not only me who feels this. I saw other tables could not finish either. Only because it is delicious I feel bad not finishing all, and end up eating out of my limit. Please consider of food loss. The lady who saved us was friendly with good service but I felt somehow uncomfortable and uneasy with her close physical distance (not that she touched or anything) I’m sure she could improve too. I appreciate and always enjoy your warm welcome. Thank you for great service and excellent food! see you next time :)

Nice place, with a lovely time-earned natural patina. Be aware that the menu is set by the chef each day, and a suitable quantity will be served according to the number of people in your party. The only choices you’ll make will be beverage selections.

We visited Les Papilles for the first time in December 2023, and after an excellent meal, we knew we would want to return this year. Our experience this year was equally memorable. The food and the service are top -notch, and we love the cozy setting. Highly recommended.
