+3What a fabulous experience sitting right by the water drinking local wine and having the freshest oysters and muscles available an incredible server everybody was so friendly and the atmosphere was out of this world highly recommended for a unique experience on the Thau lagoon. An absolute must if you are visiting this region and want an unforgettable experience once in a lifetime.

As a tourist we try to get away from tourist areas. This can be a challenge sometimes. We found ourselves far away from our cruise port and thank goodness we didn’t miss this place. The oysters, the ambiance, the natural beauty of the place and people of Les pieds dans l’eau was amazing. We don’t speak French and they didn’t speak English but google translator helped us through that barrier. Don’t let that stop you from the best oysters you’ve ever tasted. Must go!

9/10the location is spectacular, the service is speedy, accurate and extremely courteous. great choice if you love molluscs, as you can get oyster galore, a large pan of mussels...and these are the only choices. a plate of prawns, a glass of wine, and a ice cream cup are included in the fixed menu. highly recommended

9.5/10The location is spectacular. Go there just before sunset when the last golden sun rays bathe the étang in glorious light. The tables are all good, but you can ask to be close to the water to enjoy an un obstructed view. The menu is simple: oysters, mussels and shrimps, there is nothing else as they cook and serve what is coming from the farm, they own in the étang. The entrée is either: oysters – all you can eat, or a large plate of medium sizzed shrimps, or tielle setoise. After that you get a large plate of moules in brasucade, a few oysters in gratin and a good quality single flavor ice cream pot. A glass on picpoul is included in the menu. Service is a bit long but kind and attentive. Highly recommended for the location and for seashell lovers.
