Hello , thanks for your feedback . We apologize for the misunderstanding, we would never allow such a thing. It was for sure what we call « humour à la belge » . Concerning the food, you said it was delicious but you gave us a solid 6/10 wich is kind of questionable . We hope that you had still a great time and see you soon 🇧🇪

8.5/10Everything was good except that after the main dish, personnel of the restaurant forgot that we exist. Nobody came to ask us if we want dessert or anything else. In the end we asked for receipt and left.

10/10A Must-Visit Traditional Gem in Brussels! 🇧🇪 This was my first time in Belgium, and my very first dining experience in Brussels was at Les Trappistes - what a fantastic introduction to the local cuisine! This restaurant embodies authenticity, offering outstanding traditional dishes that truly capture the essence of Belgian flavours. The two waiters who served us were absolutely lovely - kind, attentive, and passionate about their food. They even offered us a taste of their incredible tartaar, a local delicacy that this restaurant seems to master perfectly. It was a delightful and unexpected gesture that made the experience even more special. Despite the grey skies outside, this warm and welcoming restaurant completely brightened our trip. If you’re in Brussels and looking for a place that serves excellent traditional food with genuine hospitality, Les Trappistes is a must-visit! 🖤♥️💛

10/10We've stay here for dinner, it is a lovely place, a traditional belgian brasserie. The duck, beef and tartare are fantastic. The home wine selection is very very good. At last but not least, the guys are super gentle, smart, funny and witty. We thank them to have created a perfect mood. Congratulation to all.
