The service is excellent and the food is delicious too. The only thing I wasnt comfortable with was when a lady walked in with a dog and sat the dog on the chair. I didn't know the restaurant allows dogs.

The food was excellent and the ambience was great. Overall, a fantastic experience. However, it ended on a sour note as we didn't get the 20% discount which we should have received as we had booked the revervation through The Fork. Perhaps they had forgotten about it. And since we were in a hurry to leave, I also didn't pay attention to it until much later. So deducting 20% from a perfect rating.

The food at the restaurant is usually very good however, on my last visit I found that all the meats (had a platter to share with a friend) were overcook and completely dry. Two days later I was in Champel location and, honestly, the meat there was cooked to a crisp and I complained to the waitress. She told me she told the kitchen but the only thing they did was offer a plate of baklava for free. It’s a shame that the kitchen is overcooking the meats which usually should be very juicy

Really nice and friendly staff! Food was really delicious and really generous amount of food per dish. We ordered three meat dishes and the meat all came very soft and nicely cooked. I definitely recommend if you want to have Lebanese cuisine

The food was delicious - I had the mixed plate and my friend had the chicken skewers. All delicious - I particularly liked the labneh and the sambousek.

This restaurant may be an ok find for those who go at night when the grumpiest waiter in the world isn’t there - he was hostile in greeting, acted irritated that we had reserved with the fork - rushed us in ordering & @13:30 told us we couldn’t order more as kitchen closes - we might’ve said food was ok but he soured our experience:(!

Amazing food, but the waiter seems miserable and annoyed the entire time! A real shame as we have been back so many times (for the excellent food) but he makes zero effort to engage positively with customers - even returning ones such as ourselves.

Second visit, and the dishes are excellent, and tasty But the downside is that they impose the Mézzé in their menus with no option to choose; which, considering the price, isn't very customer-friendly. Tastes vary, and this limits the overall experience.

A very welcoming service team. The restaurant had a lovely setting and was rather spacious (compared to other places in Geneva). We were pleased with the efficient and friendly service and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the mezzes menu for 3. It was the best Falafel I've had in a long while and we liked the appetizing presentation of the various dishes.
