When we arrived at the place they did not know about our reservation through the app. We had to show the reservation and luckily there was one of the 3 tables they have free, otherwise, I don't know what we would have done. We ordered the food and everything was fine, the side potatoes that came with the shawarma and the hummus lacked salt, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a salt shaker. The problem comes when paying: we had a 20% reserve with the fork, the only reason why we found and decided to go to that place that had good reviews. When he tells us the total to pay, the amount according to the discount doesn't add up to me, well, as he said, the discount applied only to the hummus (starter), but not to the shawarmas that we ordered. On the menu, you can see that the shawarma is €8.5 and if you want it with a side of potatoes it is €12. Well, we had it with the side and according to him that is considered a "menu", although it didn't even include a drink and nowhere would they tell you something like that. This restaurant clearly does not want to apply the discount it offers.

Juan, Thank you for your comment, it makes sense. In fact the Sandwish + Batata Harra is a Menu combination we introduced for the neighborhood’s regulars that didn’t have much time for lunch break and still didn’t want to get fast food. 🙌 To get into some calculations as you like it very much it seems, the sandwish alone is 8.5€ and the Batata Harra is 7€. Which would result in 15.5€ in total. Which is why the Menu at 12€ makes sense, since it saves you even 0.40€ more than the Fork’s.🤓 Regardless, we are however surprised by your review about the food. Its is what we do best and it comes from the heart. We appreciate feedback with critiques to keep improving and serving our client the best experience they can have. We will cancel the Fork offer and ´reservation thanks to your feedback. 🧐 😿

This is was our first time using the fork app. We were disappointed with our experience here. Although the owner was kind and the service was fast, once our food was served he proceeded to have a personal phone call for the duration of our time here. Pacing past our table multiple times, we could hear everything he was talking about. Upon finishing we requested to pay (by card) and he asked if we could pay via the app booking as it was a hassle for him if we paid by card. Not a very pleasant experience.
