I visited Liberty Bon Bistrot last night with high hopes, but I left deeply disappointed. While the wine was enjoyable and the dessert was decent, the main event—the steak—was a complete letdown. I ordered the Abruzzo steak, requesting medium rare, but what arrived was practically blue, so undercooked it was still mooing. The texture was chewy, and in some parts, it was so tough it was like cutting through leather. I brought this to the waitress's attention, but she offered no response or resolution, which only added to the frustration. The grilled vegetables accompanying the steak were also served cold, further dampening the experience. It’s a shame because the restaurant has a nice ambiance, but the poor quality of the steak and lack of service really let it down. I won’t be rushing back.

One of the best meals we have had during our 7 day trek from Amalfi Coast>Puglia>Abruzzo. The very creative and artistic decor of this Vasto gem was a wonderful change of scenery.

This place is a gem. Food quality is top-notch, but even more delicious is the unique atmosphere of a true, nicely restored (and furnished with great care and good taste) liberty-style palace, not a fanciful mock-up. This restaurant is just the real deal, offering am outstanding dining experience overall.
