The concept of anti-aging menus intrigued us, so we decided to pay a visit. We were wondering whether they could capture the Italian food vibe, whilst optimising the health benefits of the food on our plate. We were warmly greeted and all aspects of the menu were explained to us. We chose the tasting menu, plus one of the delicious wine they had. We were pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the food and variety they had in their tasting menu. It was a great attempt at making restaurant style food also very good for you. The concept behind it was explained fully by the manager (who spoke excellent English as our Italian is so poor!). It will not be for everyone, but it is definitely worth trying. A wonderful meal in Bologna. Complements to the chef and all the team.

Even though the food adhered to the restaurant’s concept of being low in calories and healthy, the taste left much to be desired. The service, while done with good intentions, was at least disappointing. We didn’t receive any cutlery. The drinks were very different from what we expected, even for very simple cocktails. During our stay, we were seated at a very long table, even though we were only a group of four, in a room adjacent to the main restaurant, which also served as an exhibition or store. This is likely why various customers were invited to view the displayed products and have a tasting at the table next to ours, which made it impossible to have any privacy. “Much Ado About Nothing”

I am vegetarian since 20 years and have been exploring many kinds of healthy and /or plant based cuisines across the world. I am totally supporting the philosophy behind it, but the final result is the most depressing I have seen in ages. if the endpoint of this concept is taking, for example, do some elaboration on it, and make it cost 21 EURO, we have lost all sense of reality and sustainability. Even worse, out of the four vegetarian dishes I have tasted, three of them I would not even order again if they were given *for free*, just based on taste. Again, being vegetarian I was so hopeful to have this restaurant in my town, but it turned out to be a total disappointment (which I am not happy to report at all, but since I kept receiving so many requests of feedback, here we are).

This restaurant was great! It was a really unique and refreshing concept that was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this to all who are looking for a healthy yet amazing meal in Bologna. The service was great, it felt incredibly personal and welcoming. Loved it!

This is a very nice Resturant that offers delicious good quality and tasty food. Every plate was very flavorful with lots of thoughts into making it tasty yet very healthy. The wine we picked form Sicily was delicious and very affordable. I would record this Resturant for anyone who wants to have a unique food experience while in Bologna.

I was looking for typical Bologna food for my few days here and I was sadly disappointed. This is basically a health food restaurant which I don’t usually go to even at home and certainly don’t want to when I’m on vacation. The staff was very welcoming and the ambiance was nice, but the food was bland and atypical of Bologna cuisine.

If you are looking for a different and wonderful food experience, you will love this restaurant. We ha d the seasonal menu. This was a 4 course dinner in addition to a small appetizer. Each dish was explained in detail by the knowledgeable server. The recipes were made with fresh ingredients and were low fat and low carbohydrates. All were very tasty with subtle spices. We also liked the ambiences: the tables were separated from each other’s and the noise level was very low.

Really interesting experience and concept for everyone ! The owner and the waiters are really kind and carry about you. It could be interesting to develop this food experience with a healthy spa thalasso.

A really nice concept for healthy and great-tasting food which fitted perfectly to our tastes and dietary requirements. We’d researched the restaurant beforehand and knew exactly what the concept is about and we were not disappointed. However visitors should be aware in advance that what is offered is not traditional Italian food but a much healthier way of preparing food (less salt, less sugar, more anti-oxidants, etc…). Despite our bad Italian language skills, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and kindly helped us understand the menu. Highly recommended to those looking to move beyond the traditional way of cooking and to a healthier approach.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel receptionist as somewhere that could provide gluten free options for us. We really enjoyed the fresh ingredients and flavours of our meal. The combinations were interesting and healthy too and the portion size was just right. The lasagne and the polpo were excellent. Service was great too. Glad we found this place.

Nice restaurant with good stuff sympathetic atmosphere and the food was nice. Τhe only negative part was that was waiting between the antipasto and pasta for more than 40 minutes

maybe not everybody's taste and not exactly what you expect in Bologna. The cacio e pepe (3 moschettieri) was good, the spaghetti with beetroot really opened up with a little bit of salt, very god wine. not my fav place but suggest at least a try.
