Delicious and surprising food combinations. Very attentive to my allergies. Small but well designed wine list at attractive prices. Great service. Decor is a bit bland but the food makes up for it.

The quality is always very good. This is our fourth time going, and they do add new items to the menu, but we wish there were a bit more.”

Creativity and great explosion of flavours. I really liked the dishes overall, especially presentation, except for the fish, it was overcooked. Starters were a real surprise and tasty; pairing was spotted on, and minor feedback about the.firat impression, service could.have been more friendly

I really enjoyed 7 dishes out of ten, which is quite good result :) The atmosphere was really nice and the service very fast and professional!

Service was good but at some times it was hard to hear what the waiter was saying because of the noise in the kitchen. I liked some of the snacks, the venison and the honey dessert, but the rest of the dishes looked good but didn't taste very nice, which just meant the whole thing seemed a bit pretentious. The first item served in the basket where you have to drink a shot through a straw for instance just seemed completely over the top for what it was. I expected more from the food to justify the price, but ended up frustrated that it was so poor that I felt cheated by it, having had much better local meals in much more low-key restaurants in Valencia. The staff tried really hard and did well. you do rather feel like you're being watched constantly which is a little strange though. In summary I was really disappointed by the food in this place - overly complicated and pretentious dishes that do not deserve the price tag or michelin star.

What an outrageous review. Our 14-course Lienzo menu costs €120, which is beyond cheap. The price per person was €139. When compared to other restaurants, we only feel it's written with malicious intent. A 2 for the kitchen, please. How wicked! I understand that you might not like it, but a 2. Our menu should cost 170€ if we were realistic with the quality we provide and the product. Our team asked and they answered that everything was fine. Thank you for taking the time to write this unconstructive review, with so little respect for a team that gives its all and a kitchen that uses local produce. Quite sad with their lack of taste.

The service was really fast and every dish from our 14-course meal was explained very nicely. We also got very good recommendations for the wine. Our favourites were the squid and the spirulina snack. All the dishes had really nice texture and were very interesting. The honey theme was pretty nice and gave a really cool twist to the dishes. Not overpowering but matching it. Although the food and service were amazing, the ambient was a bit too sterile for our taste. However, if you are looking for a modern minimalistic setting, this restaurant is perfect for you.

The food is sublime. Some of the dishes were some of the best I have ever eaten. The service was attentive and the waiters knowledgeable and pleasant. My only issue with the place was the dinning room, it was bare and unattractive. I understood that was not the usual dinning room because that was being used for an event. Still, I did not think it was up to scratch. Having said that, the food and the service compensated for any disappointment. Brilliant, truly outstanding.

Many different plates, with wide specter of taste. Some time it was too complex, but still good.

From the moment we stepped into Restaurante Lienzo, it was clear that we were about to embark on a culinary journey unlike any other. Nestled in the heart of Valencia, Lienzo presents not just a meal, but an unforgettable experience of tastes, where each dish tells a story and every ingredient has its own melody. The menu is a testament to creativity and sustainability, intertwining locally sourced ingredients with innovative techniques. Each dish we savored was a testament to the chef's mastery and passion for culinary excellence. The flavors were bold yet harmonious, showcasing a blend of traditional and contemporary culinary arts. But what truly sets Lienzo apart is its commitment to urban beekeeping. This initiative not only highlights the restaurant's dedication to sustainability but also adds a layer of depth to its dishes. The honey produced by the urban bees enhances the flavors, adding a sweet note of care and dedication that resonates with the ethos of the restaurant. Our dining experience at the restaurant was a celebration of culinary innovation, environmental stewardship, and the sheer joy of eating. Each course was a revelation, leaving us in awe of the chef's ability to transform simple ingredients into a symphony of flavors. Lienzo is a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. It's a place where the love for food and the planet intertwines, creating not just meals, but memories that linger long after the last bite. Our dinner at Lienzo was not just unforgettable; it was an inspiration, a reminder of the power of passion, creativity, and sustainability in crafting culinary masterpieces.

I booked this restaurant on a whim - a little gem located next to the Spanish Law Society in Valencia. The staff were excellently attentive, offering decent wine recommendations and spoke excellent English. The dishes were innovative, and the Chefs' making use of the local produce in their recipes - something to appreciate. The lighting is rather bright, which offers a slightly clinical feel to the restaurant - this is subjective. The artwork on the walls was tasteful.

The restaurant has a very cold minimalistic interior. The food is an experience but we should not book the restaurant again. In the sense of pricing it’s a good price quality.

My partner and I had the most elegant and joyful experience at Restaurante Lienzo! It really felt like a good taste of Valencia’s flavors. The service was fast and kind and the menu was really good adjusted to my allergies ! I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a night 10/10.

Amazing experience! We went with the Menu Lienzo and every single course was a delight for the senses. The presentation, the service, the wine, the olive oil, everything was impeccable. But the best part was the food. We truly enjoyed every single dish served -- to put it simply, it made us HAPPY. Thank you Chef Maria José and the entire staff for an unforgettable experience!

Great food, all produced and sourced locally. The wine menu was also excellent with a good local and national variety. The staff were very knowledgeable about the dishes and they were able to accommodate for vegetarian alternatives.

Creative dishes and well presented. One thing though; when having the menu del dia you get 2 different friandishes which is fine. However on an other table the had 3 on the plate and just before serving it was noticed, take. Back to the kitchen and one take off and then served to the client. I suggest taking your loss and not try to correct the mistake.

We do not understand your comment, the rest of the tables had Menu Pinceladas (10 passes) and Menu Lienzo (14 passes) You took menu of the day TRAZOS (3snack, 2 starters, 1 main course, 1 dessert = 7 passes)

Menu Navidad es muy perfecto!!! I would like to highlight several dishes in ranking: 1st place: Calamar dashi y tuille 2nd place: Quisquilla de Santa Pola y guisante ecológico del terreno con mantequilla de oveja 3rd place: Escorpa crujiente y limón marroquí 4th place: Cochinillo y manzana rosa These four cuisine are definitely the shine star of this menu. To sum up, the roasted suckling pig are the most surprised, not only it fulfill my expectations coming from the first appear Navidad menu, but the taste, the portion, and the balancing of total flavor is perfect. Focusing on the wine. Cerveza artesana de Lienzo is too ordinary for me. It is so sad that I can’t have a draft beer version. ( Pointed this out cause there is also Draft beer version of Túria in Lienzo) Last but not least, the only dishes I do not enjoy is the Emparadilla de gamba roja y oro, although it seems to be a christmas version of it’s original version ( The curry verde one) But the red prawn inside is totaly not fresh enough, too fishy and the quality isn’t that good. Overall, the other dishes is totally fine and the dining experience is still perfect. Look forward to visit it again.
