What a spectacular dinner! Locally sourced ingredients, remarkable creativity, excellent wine list and pairing! Staff was super attentive, place was spot clean. This restaurant needs three stars now!

Top top top quality and super nice staff, including the chef who spent 10mn chatting with us when we left. He went way beyond the usual stuffy "was everything OK?" line to make us feel at home.

Delicious and well-presented food and attentive service in a very esthetically pleasing environment. We liked the attention to detail. In short, highly recommended and worth a small detour from Palermo.
