Good food, nice service

Great Ethiopian food, and accomodating staff. There was a live band the evening we dinner there, which was a plus, nevertheless it was too loud to have a conversation. Only down sides, the crème brulé was the worst one I have had in my life unfortunately, and it was not possible to pay with card, we had to make a bank transfer, which was quite inconvenient.

Delicious food, excellent, helpful (and multilingual) service. A great introduction to Ethiopian food. Reasonable prices as well. In the heart of historical Antwerp.

We have tried Ethiopian food before so this was not a new experience for us. The restaurant isn’t that big so we booked in advance. The tables are incredibly close together which was initially a bit off putting but we soon adapted. It is a family run restaurant so service on the night we were there is provided by one lady. She was friendly and helpful, willing to explain the style of cuisine you can expect and how to eat it, I.e. without cutlery. Whilst the food is cooked to order it is a little slow coming out. Expect a gap between courses. That being said the flavours were outstanding. It’s the first time we’ve been tempted into having three courses for ages.

Absolutely delicious! Be prepared to get your hands dirty with a great meal! The staff was really nice. Come with time, since the service may get a bit slow when it's full, but the combination plates are well worth the wait. If you booked with a discount, show the server what discount you have when asking for the check.

Nice location (we were on the first floor) good food and emphatic waiter/waitress. I suggest Little Ethiopia to those who like tasty food and discover new food experience

Love the decoration, the food and the atmosphere

Is ok, the flavour is nothing special, just good. Good decoration. Waitress constantly shouting inside the kitchen, a little bit annoying...

What an amazing surprise! We got here with no expectations as none of us had ever tried Ethiopian cuisine. We picked considering a combination where there would be something nice for everyone. Let me tell you, what an experience. The food was beyond amazing. Stunning presentation and great service. I will be back every time I'm in Antwerp!!!

Small restaurant in the city centre. Authentic Ethiopian food with wide range of choice. Food was well prepared and served. In the menù you have all the explanation of the ingredients used and you are encouraged to eat it in the typical way. Bill was cheaper than I expected.

Little Ethiopia was full and pumping on the Sunday night when we went. Not sure what was happening behind the scenes but there was only one waitress covering everything front of house so service was pleasant but very slow. Drinks came out quite quickly but we waited over an hour for our food. Not too much social distancing happening either … so if you are willing to wait for your meal, you should have a good night.

Really good food. The sevice is excellent, the owner made us feel at home and did everything he could to make our night special. I would recommend this place for a different night

Cosy restaurant near the historical center of Antwerp, good typical Ethiopian meals but I've eaten tastier Ethiopian food before.

It is a good choice if you want to experience an Ethiopian dinner. The personnel explain everything with much detail. We had a combination dish that was pretty good. I will recommend you to go!

We wanted something different and decided to give this restaurant a try ! The experience was amazing, food was delicious and well presented. I really appreciated the booklet explaining the origins of Ethiopian cuisine and dishes. Don’t miss out their delicious South African red wine ! The waiters were good advice and really friendly. Definitely a must try in Antwerp!

I rarely say this but everything was perfect!! The food was super delicious, the owner was super friendly and even treated us with a round of fantastic meed on the occasion of Lithuania 100 years of independence! And then came the divine Ethiopian coffee... I did not want to leave.. 6 stars out of 5!!
