5.5/10I was back here again after a long time. The menu seems to have been updated with very good choices. The food we ordered was very good and tasty, however I was really disappointed with simpler things at the restaurant. For starters, the server never got our coffee orders correct. When we ordered coffee with milk on the side, we got americanos with no milk, when we had to order the milk again. At the end, when we ordered for our cappuccinos, the drinks we got looked more like cafe au lait. Second, the orange juice, which I confirmed with the staff twice, was not fresh pressed. It was too sweet and artificial with the pulp added later to give it a natural feel. Finally, with a brunch offer costing 72 pp, the restaurant also charged us for bottled water. This is not the case at other restaurants along the lake, where you go for brunch/breakfast. Overall a very tepid experience this time, than previous times. Surely, giving this a miss for future brunches.

10/10We visited for Christmas Day dinner with our family. The staff were brilliant and friendly, they made us feel very welcome and also really attentive. It was a fantastic mix of a relaxed but special atmosphere. Food was delicious and felt worth the CHF. Would highly recommend!

8.5/10It was a nice meal in a great location. We chose the Summer meal and it was very tasty. After we left the restaurant we realized that they forgot to serve us the champaign for the 4 of us though it seems it was in the menu.

10/10We opted for a summer special 3 course menu with the glass of Laurent Perrier for only chf 42/person The food was tasty and well presented, the service was fast, Justine was attending to us in a very friendly and professional manner.

10/10We used the Summer Speciall Discount, and we found the food and the value for money excellent. There were limited choices for the three course menu, but for most diners, two options for each course should suffice. Nicely appointed restaurant with lots of natural light, and the service was very attentive but not intrusive.

10/10We tried the summer menu, 3 courses with one glass of champagne. It was delicious and extremely well priced for a luxury hotel with view of the lake. The service was 5 stars!

10/10Really beautiful atmosphere with glimpses of the lake. Our service was prompt and attentive. My friend and I split the veal chop special - it was delicious but the real show stopper was the truffled mashed potatoes - omg they were so good!!!

6.5/10I used to love here, but now not sure if it was because restaurant was full, service was so so, food was not expressed either. My oyster was very tiny and salmon was with part of it a bit grey-ish. I was disappointed this time and will not return for a while.

8.5/10Amazing food! Ambiance and location is great. However they were understaffed and their service was not to the standards of a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Staff was super friendly but they seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Coffee is not also their stronger point (they use a big nespresso machine) but they provide lactose-free options and they take note of allergies and dietary restrictions.

7/10The menu wasn’t clear about what drinks were included in the 3 course brunch set menu and the waiter told us it was two juices and a hot drink and a glass of wine. When we went to pay though our bill has two juices on there, we said why and he said oops It was juice or the wine. I wouldn’t have ordered the juices if I’d known this I only ordered them as I thought it was included. These costed and extra 40 chf and this put a bad taste in our mouth at the end of what would’ve been a pleasant experience.

5/10The restaurant seemed understaffed. We waited over an hour for our food, and only half the tables were full. We ordered the risotto, which was advertised as a ‘live cooking’, but the person cooking it was cramped into a corner of the dining room and was on his phone the entire time he was cooking the risotto. Not an appealing experience, and also did not seem that sanitary since he was on touching his phone while making the food. Food was good, but not worth the price.

10/10For a last dinner in Geneva before flying out, my wife and I decided to try this small restaurant just off the entryway in the Ritz Carlton Hotel down the street from where we were staying. It was cozy, intimate, quiet (on a Sunday), and an all around lovely experience. The staff were attentive and kind without being fussy or intrusive. The food more than lived up to what I would expect from "the Ritz" . It was delicious and exquisitely presented from the lamb's lettuce and roast duck salad with beetroot dressing to the scallops and ravioli, to the amazing dessert. And the recommended wine was great with the meal.

6.5/10In the Valentine's Day Menu I had included "Deux coupes de champagne", and I paid 25 francs for one glass yesterday…. Super uncomfortable table and chairs for a dinner. Without that, the food was excellent!
