This restaurant only serves fried pizza (similar to the calzone or panzerotti) but is is excellent and there are many options of filling. The chef is very proud of his work which he does very well. The pastry used is very well studied and hold a great shape and crunch. It is also designed well as not to be soaked in oil. He also makes his own limoncello, what else can one say! Well done. Great food, great stores and excellent service.
