food and service was both good. The only thing is the dining area has heavy echo so it's quite noisy when people are talking.

10/10Best paella I have ever tasted in my life, in a cozy, welcoming and suggestive atmosphere. The service was super good and the prices too. We really recommend trying Local Tapas and we'll gladly come back in our next trip in Barcelona!

A perfect dinner tonight – a special thank you to Sofia! We had dinner tonight at this restaurant and were truly impressed on every level. The atmosphere is warm and tastefully decorated – cozy, inviting, and clearly focused on quality. The menu offers an excellent selection of well-balanced dishes, all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every course was a delightful surprise, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The [insert favorite dish] was absolutely delicious! But the real highlight of the evening was Sofia, our waitress. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, cheerful, and incredibly professional. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she struck the perfect balance between being attentive and discreet. Her genuine warmth truly stood out. Sofia made our experience even more special with her friendly demeanor and ability to make us feel completely at ease. It's rare to find such thoughtful and personal service. 10/10We found Local Tapas online and chose to make reservations because it had good reviews and was walking distance from our hotel. We received a 50% off offer for most items when we made the reservation and they honored it. Everything we ordered was excellent. We ordered one paella and multiple tapas for our group of four to share. We wish they had a printed menu instead of online but even that inconvenience couldn’t remove our four star rating. My phone was at our hotel charging, so the waitress gave us hers to use.

9.5/10Excellent dishes plate after plate. Server was quick enough to substitute queso Camembert when the burrata we wanted sold out. Excellent recommendation. Sweet and savory melted cheese cannot go wrong. Ceviche was tangy and delicious. Great way to open our palates. Seafood spaghetti was rich in taste and flavorful. Seafood lover would enjoy. Mussels were fresh and plump. Octopus a tad overcooked but shrimps were tender and sweet. Mushroom croquettes on the salty end but they were nicely crisped on the outside and creamy inside. Local Tapas has my vote.

+1Tried it out because of the 50% off offer from Fork. The tapas were pretty expensive. We only really liked the eggplant tempura. The rest were mediocre. The service is lacking a lot. We asked for the bill 3 times from the 3 different servers, but we waited for a total of 30 min before we just decided to get up and go to the register. The one server apologized and I think there was a miscommunication among the servers.

My fiancé and I had an absolutely incredible dinner experience at Local Tapas, and it was made all the more memorable thanks to the exceptional service from Abbie, Lin, and Von. We ordered the grilled shrimp, scallops, paella, tomato bread, and razor clams — every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Just when we thought the night couldn’t get better, they surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake, which was the perfect sweet touch to end our meal. But what really stood out wasn’t just the food — it was the genuine hospitality and warmth from Abbie, Lin, and Von. They were attentive, kind, and made us feel like we were more than just guests — they made us feel welcome, appreciated, and truly taken care of. We sincerely hope these three receive the recognition they deserve — their level of service was phenomenal, and they are a big reason why we’ll be recommending Local Tapas to friends and returning ourselves.
