Mara was a wonderful waitress and host, very friendly. The miso salmon bowl was FANTASTIC. Love this place. Great healthy options!

The food was full of beautiful flavors and very fresh and wholesome. Wine very reasonably priced. Nice chilled vibe in the restauraunt. We loved it!

Service was nice. I ordered the stir-fry scampi with noodles and veggies. The food tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The scampi was not properly cleaned, I tasted one and it was bland (very disappointing), the veggies were ok only ate the bell pepper slices as the other veggies lacked taste. The noodles were the only thing that I actually finished. I'm not the kind of person to send food back but perhaps I should have.

Taste of the food was oke. But all another things not.

Very good food, quick service, a bit of noise but it’s kinda normal at lunch time… very good, we go there to team lunches a lot :)

The service is minimal. You have to go get your water, it’s really hot inside and the menu used to have more quality.

The dining room was SO HOT! We were there over a month ago and it was hot then, but were told that it was temporary problem with the AC. Not true. The owner refuses to run the AC on a day with temperatures in the mid 30s! People were eating with sweat covering their faces. For shame.

There are a lot of gluten free and lactose free options. It is a great restaurant if you cannot eat gluten and/or lactose.

food looks good, but taste is not the same delicious. rice feels like nothing, a bit chewy, dried, without specific taste. Salmon was good, but a bit underroasted, starters were perfect. As total quite high price for these dishes. Atmosphere and service are great.

The food is always incredible with fantastic different options. Lovely place for vegetarian/vegan lovers. Tasty and fresh products. Wonderful ambience and good service. It could close a bit later. Always happy to return ASAP.

We liked Local because it offers options for all diets, and delicious on top of that. The “snickers” bites are amazing! Local should be included in your dining regimen.

We ordered 2 plates, the salmon was almost raw...and the chicken was so grilled that was dry. Prices are the offering food. Service was excellent and the staff really kind and very helpful!

It looks like very cute place, with indoor and outdoor singing. The service is very good too. But the food is not. It is dull, not kind a place you come for the second time. We have not tried the Poke menu though.

Local had several options of healthy food, with or without meat in the dishes. I tried a shrimp curry that was really delicious, spicy at the right level. The staff was very friendly. Good option for a dinner in Lisbon center.

I'll start with the good ones The place and the employees are nice and the food is kind of tasty On the other side, I threw up everything I had there and ruined my vacation here in Lisbon. Maybe it’s an isolated event, maybe not. I had some feta dip, a Greek salad with humus and half of a tapioca pudding. And water. So I’d say I went safe, but it wasn’t the case.
