I celebrated my birthday at Locanda del Falco with my family tasting delicious food from the Piedmont tradition with some special touches by the chef, in a beautiful and simply decorated setting. The staff is really welcoming and polite. If you are nearby, don’t miss the opportunity to visit this restaurant!

We had a phenomenal meal at la Locanda del Falco, this restaurant was truly a delightful, unexpected find in Valdieri. I had the set four course menu, which was excellent value at 35 euros. The dishes featured inventive twists on Piemontese cuisine. Service was attentive and gave really nice wine recommendations to pair with each dish. Extremely reasonable prices too - we paid 50 euros pp for a four course meal with wine/beers. Would 100% recommend and we hope to return!
