We found the pasta and meat to be excellent while the bruschette were too soft. Portions are of a reasonable size. Good location near the Tower. Reasonable prices with the TheFork discount.

We booked through The Fork app, and it was great that the restaurant honored the 50% discount without any issues. We ordered the beef with Parmesan, beef tartare, vegetables with goose breast, baked potatoes, and tortellini with ragù sauce. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. Best dish is veg with goose breast and tartar beef. I found potato and tortellini is bit salty to our taste. the service was pleasant. A very good experience overall! We will come back.

The food was very tasty. Small menu, which is a good sign that the food will be fresh and of good quality. The owner paid us a lot of attention. Another good thing for me was that the menu was only in Italian, and not like many places-in 5 other languages.

I was so happy to walk only 5 minutes away to find thus restaurant with no tourists as the streets were very busy with visitors. The atmosphere was filled with beautiful art, sketches, antiques and chandeliers dating back to the 1500s. The owner used to be an art seller and served honorably in the Italian military. We shared stories of beautiful regions to visit in Italy and I let them make recommendations for wine, food and dessert. I can say that the meal was phenomenal, delicious, fresh with a beautiful presentation. I highly recommend!!

one lady was a little mean and was acting rude. I don't know if it was her feelings at the moment but that's how we felt it. The rest of the service was good and nice. Food was delicious, nothing to add. We were inside and the music was a little bit too loud. Whole experience was very good.

We were made very welcome by Stefano as the only non-locals on a Friday evening. very good cheeseboard and smoked duck starters and excellent tagliata, one with porcini mushrooms all rounded off with limoncello.

Will definitely eat here again. My wife and I had a 15 year wedding anniversary dinner and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We had two appetizers, two first courses, one second course, and two desserts. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

Ambiance was warm and corh, perfect for family or romantic dinner. Food was delicious and meat was well rested. I would deffinetly recommend trying tiramisu too, it has beautiful expresso pot presentation. Whole experience was delightful.

Food here is amazing - order the bruschettas and you won’t regret it! The place is nice, cosy and the service was really good. Great wine selection, meat is 10/10! The staff stayed with us even after the working hours, and with a smile… absolutely recommend! Ps: best tiramisu I ever had!

Recently refurbished restaurant that has kept its charm . Friendly and knowledgeable staff was able to communicate and explain the dishes in English . The food was excellent, especially the wild Bore, and the service was very good…… just a 3 minute walk away from the tower etc but well worth it

We had lunch here today and we loved it. We enjoyed their Pisani's appetizer as well as the "pappardelle al cinghiale" and " risotto allo zafferano e salsiccia". Not to mention our dessert choises: decaf tiramisù made at the moment (a plus for me that I am caffeine intollerant), caramel and chocolate cheesecakes! The owners were great! Next time we'll be around we'll definitely be back! In the meantime, we highly recommend it! Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the experience. The abient is very nice, the waiters are very good and the food is also very tasty and we loved the combinations that were offered. Would definitely recommend the visit. Dogs are also allowed.

Lovely family-run restaurant. Definitely worth checking out if in Pisa; no-fuss sort of food, and absolutely beautiful Tuscan cooking. Not too far from the tower, just a few minutes walk from the entrance. Highly recommended!
