Service was nice. Bit we have spent 4h in the restaurant for 4 courses. The waiting was a pain. Unfortunately.

Food is amazing
9.0
The service was very slow and careless. One of the courses arrived and we had no cutlery. This is a restaurant after all. We asked for water, the waiter forgot about it. We had to ask him again. No apologies when he served it to us. Butter was served rock hard and was crumbly and not served at room temperature to be spreadable. When we went to pay at the cashier, no one was there and we stood in the way of the waiters.

Starters were average very commercial slicing vegetables and fruits and put in a plate , main course was really good , dessert was also very good, service is not of a Michelin star standard, ambiance is cold
9.5
Amazing service, we, a group of four, had Coche Dury, Raveneau, Meo Camuzet and Dauvisat! Great food as well. Can you ask for more?
5.0
Food was fussy and frankly very bland. We waited 70 mins for the first course despite the fact that the restaurant was only 30% full Very overpriced

Presentation on point, service was too slow.

+1The Michelin star is most definitely well deserved. The meal was delectable and the wine pairings perfect. It made our last night in France wonderful.

+2Served the wrong dish, but eventually get the right one for me.

The food are in general impressive, except the bread, better it could be served after warming up. Service is decent.
6.5
The Food was delicious and served marvelous. But the service was to low in capacity, Ravels had to wait for drinks, got theorie food without the wine having been served. And Improvement your english.
5.5
It seemed like it was slightly understaffed when all tables were full. The food was underwhelming in flavor but looked pretty

Service was impeccable and the food was memorable from start to finish. Great pairings with local wines from the Burgundy region.

An unforgettable combination of fantastic food, service and ambience. Don’t miss a chance to go there. Easily the best restaurant in Dijon and compares favorably with Paris’s best.

Their food is delicious and one of the best experiences we’ve had in France.

12/10 absolute must go to while in Dijon. 5 star service with impeccable timing and well deserved Michelin star. I regularly dine at chef inspired menu restaurants. Every course was phenomenal. I ordered the 4 course meal and dined solo with a wine pairing and had the best time. Staff were personable and knew the dishes and silverware and wine pairings associated with each dish. I would absolutely go again and bring friends! Put this on your list of must attends during your Dijon trip! Also, book your reservations on Fork app. I did read the previous reviews and I had a wonderful 5 star dining experience.

+1Food is above beyond any of expectation. Please try eat here. Wine selection is awesome. Every plate took my breath. Jaw dropped. This is an experience of culture in a monuth. Plus, Servers are friendly, nice and welcoming. It was such a perfect dining ever.

The food is nothing special. I have eaten much better in other non-starred restaurants in Dijon. Disappointing.
9.5
Haute cuisine, friendly staff, great wines. Very quiet when not so busy

Their canette was the best I have ever tasted (and I live in Paris. ) The restaurant can afford to offer Premium cru wine by the glass, which is rare in Paris. I loved the seasonality in their velout or potage of butternut and cute paste dots, adding depth to the sauce. The service was very attentive. I was apprehensive about dining at Dijon's institution because I am a Japanese woman, but they were all courteous.

Good food. One course took abnormally long to come, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Food was fine and consistent with star rating. Service slow.

The menu Talmay was excellent. The taste of the entrée Risotto de petit épautre with radis de couleur et caviar was une amuse, très intéressant. Le Bar de la baie de Cannes was a wonderful tasty dish, very fresh and a revelation with champignons de Bourgogne and royale de pleurote au soja fumée. Le dessert was nice as well. All these nice dishes justify the price, which was quite high.

Welcoming staff. Beautiful venue. Starting with a refreshing cocktail, followed by a culinary journey of anticipation and deliciousness. Accommodating my lactose allergy, I was presented with versions of similar courses that had nuanced flavors and delicate textures. Enchanted with their amuse bouche of dairy and non dairy delights, our first course choice, a ‘mushroom medley’- my pedestrian term- of lightly sautéed blends of baby cremini, shiitake, and shaved croutons for added crunch and texture, highlighted with shaved fresh mushrooms and the tiniest bit of herb- delightful and delicious. Must try! My second course, the duck, generous and meaty. Full of umami flavors. I did need to send it back to get it cooked a bit more. I prefer poultry with no signs of rareness, just me. It would have been nice to see a crispy sear on the duck skin, therefore I didn’t eat it. This plate was presented with white foam and a medley of vegetables. Rhubarb sorbet, refreshing finished our meal.

We had Dinner at the Loiseau des Ducs and we felt very welcome from the very beginning. The service was excellen, very polite and discreet. They explained every course of the menu and made the food tasting to an unique experience. The quality, the taste and the presentation of the food was impeccable and worth the money, definitely a venue to recommend when staying in Dijon. It was my culinary highlight!

This is a very good restaurant. Location, food, and service is nice. I've been there with my family in august 24. Even if this is a smart and Michelin star restaurant, they were been very kind even with our dog, offering him water. Just a suggestion: booking with the fork, it seems possible to chose a 40/45€ menu or order a la carte, but this is available just for lunch. I think could be fair be clear on this. Anyway I suggest this place.

We absolutely love this restaurant and highly recommend it

Very nice restaurant with great food and excellent wine in a nice atmosphere. The service was good as expected, but not extraordinary. Very nice feature in being able to order wine by glass for each separate dish.

I had really high expectations based on my previous visits. They have changed a lot in January 2024, and I was not happy. The flagship restaurant in Relais Bernad Loiseau is soooo much better than this.

I found this restaurant online. It had amazing reviews. All deserved! The welcome, service, food were all worthy of a Michelin star restaurant!! The welcome bites and three course tasting menu, which was really 6 were absolutely delicious and perfect! The staff all so welcoming, you can tell they all enjoy working at Loiseau des Ducs!

+1The culinary experience in this restaurant was a journey of contrasting flavours. The starter and the main courses were crafted with care, creativity and expertise, delivering a succulent feast that delighted the palate. However, it's unfortunate that the dessert "Pavlova" did not meet the same standard of excellence. A tasteless and uninteresting dessert was a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable meal. It's essential for a restaurant to maintain consistency in the quality of all courses to ensure a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Loiseau des DucsDear Mister Lantes, Thank you for taking some time to share your thoughts. We’re delighted to read your utter enchantment about the starter and the main courses. However, we’re sorry that the Pavlova wasn’t as high quality as the rest of your meal. Be assured that we’re going to share your comment about the dessert to our teams. It would be a pleasure to welcome you again in Dijon. Kind Regards, Mathilde, Marketing & Communication
