10/10Welcoming staff. Beautiful venue. Starting with a refreshing cocktail, followed by a culinary journey of anticipation and deliciousness. Accommodating my lactose allergy, I was presented with versions of similar courses that had nuanced flavors and delicate textures. Enchanted with their amuse bouche of dairy and non dairy delights, our first course choice, a ‘mushroom medley’- my pedestrian term- of lightly sautéed blends of baby cremini, shiitake, and shaved croutons for added crunch and texture, highlighted with shaved fresh mushrooms and the tiniest bit of herb- delightful and delicious. Must try! My second course, the duck, generous and meaty. Full of umami flavors. I did need to send it back to get it cooked a bit more. I prefer poultry with no signs of rareness, just me. It would have been nice to see a crispy sear on the duck skin, therefore I didn’t eat it. This plate was presented with white foam and a medley of vegetables. Rhubarb sorbet, refreshing finished our meal.

10/10We had Dinner at the Loiseau des Ducs and we felt very welcome from the very beginning. The service was excellen, very polite and discreet. They explained every course of the menu and made the food tasting to an unique experience. The quality, the taste and the presentation of the food was impeccable and worth the money, definitely a venue to recommend when staying in Dijon. It was my culinary highlight!

10/10This is a very good restaurant. Location, food, and service is nice. I've been there with my family in august 24. Even if this is a smart and Michelin star restaurant, they were been very kind even with our dog, offering him water. Just a suggestion: booking with the fork, it seems possible to chose a 40/45€ menu or order a la carte, but this is available just for lunch. I think could be fair be clear on this. Anyway I suggest this place.

9/10Very nice restaurant with great food and excellent wine in a nice atmosphere. The service was good as expected, but not extraordinary. Very nice feature in being able to order wine by glass for each separate dish.

7.5/10I had really high expectations based on my previous visits. They have changed a lot in January 2024, and I was not happy. The flagship restaurant in Relais Bernad Loiseau is soooo much better than this.

10/10I found this restaurant online. It had amazing reviews. All deserved! The welcome, service, food were all worthy of a Michelin star restaurant!! The welcome bites and three course tasting menu, which was really 6 were absolutely delicious and perfect! The staff all so welcoming, you can tell they all enjoy working at Loiseau des Ducs!

9/10The culinary experience in this restaurant was a journey of contrasting flavours. The starter and the main courses were crafted with care, creativity and expertise, delivering a succulent feast that delighted the palate. However, it's unfortunate that the dessert "Pavlova" did not meet the same standard of excellence. A tasteless and uninteresting dessert was a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable meal. It's essential for a restaurant to maintain consistency in the quality of all courses to ensure a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

5.5/10The service was what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, however, the food was mediocre. My main entry was beef with sides and a sauce, the entire plate was room temperature to lukewarm. The desert was nothing to write home about. It could be that they were having an off night but we traveled to Dijon to experience the excellent food and wine. This experience was disappointing.

9/10I recently dined at Loiseau de Ducs and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Every dish I tried was delicious, showcasing the chef’s skill and creativity. From appetizers to desserts, the flavors were outstanding, and I left feeling satisfied. However, I must address some issues with the service. While the food was exceptional, there were notable delays in the administrative aspect of our experience. We waited for the bill for nearly half an hour, which was quite frustrating. When the bill finally arrived, we discovered that all the wine we had ordered was missing from it. It took an additional five minutes for the staff to rectify the error and locate our wine selections. Despite these issues, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in resolving the situation promptly. However, improving the efficiency of administrative tasks, such as bill processing and accurately recording orders, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

10/10I was alone travelling in Dijon and I decided to have lunch at Loiseau des Ducs. I really enjoyed it, the meal and the service were perfect. I took the lunch menu, a cheese plate and two glasses of local wine. And the restaurant presented several small snacks and two mini-desserts. I advise visiting this restaurant if you want to try creative and delicious food

5.5/10Had high hopes based on reviews. The presentation was beautiful. Very uninspired execution of each dish. Very expensive for what it was. Have had more remarkable Michelin meals elsewhere in France for significantly less.
